On Site Parking Available
• The carport has plenty of room for four vehicles, and street parking is available. The garage will also hold one vehicle.

Other Things to Note:
• Top notch communication, from beginning through the end of your stay.

• An email link with a ‘digital guestbook’ will be provided at booking and available at the property. This digital guestbook is simple to use and provides important information about the property, how to use things, what to do while at the property, places to go, and a variety of other information.

• If you would like the pool heated, we can do that between October and May.
o Pool heating costs and additional $100 per day
o It will take approximately 12 hours to heat the pool, so please pay the required fees and let us know ahead of time.
o The pool will be heated to 75-85 degrees
o Pool lights will automatically turn on from 6:00pm to 9:00pm.

PLEASE NOTE: BY BOOKING OUR HOME YOU ARE AGREEING TO OUR HOUSE RULES AND ARE AWARE THERE IS A SWIMMING POOL IN THE BACK YARD.

Also, please note there is a pool in the backyard and it is your responsibility to ensure the safety of guests related to the pool and ensure children are supervised. Also please note there is a $100 per day charge to heat the pool.
