Fantastic Experience!!! A+ Renter!!

This was our first VRBO experience!! Lauren made it effortless on our end, providing easy directions and recommendations of there favourite spots to eat and enjoy the outdoors. The kids loved the pool and games room. And my Wife and I enjoyed the open concept home and fantastic outdoor space to enjoy the sun. Thank you for making this so easy and opening up your home for family’s like mine to get hooked on Arizona!!! See you in February!!

Great comfy home with all you need

We really liked the home and the back yard. It was well cared for, the pool was a nice size and the hot tub was just perfect. The location of the property is close to EVERYTHING!! Thanks for having us over!!

Wonderful family house

This is a beautiful and comfortable home. Every detail has been covered. The beds are comfortable. The pool and hot tub are amazing. There are plenty of dishes and cups for a big family. I hope we will get to stay here again sometime!

Beautiful home

Lets just take a moment and talk about the couch 😂 The couch was so comfortable and enough room for my whole family to cuddle up and watch a movie, which we did and I fell asleep during the movie. This home was not just beautiful but also very welcoming and comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need to cook up a delicious meal. They even had baking sheets which we used to bake cookies. We grilled by the pool,relaxed on the back porch. We played bored games on the back patio table which was so much fun. The kids really enjoyed the pool and so did the adults. House was well equipped with everything you could need. Definitely would stay here again.

Perfect big family retreat!

This house is perfect if you’re looking for somewhere to gather as a large extended family! The house is clean and spacious and has lots of things for kids and adults to do! Comfortable Family Home

We loved our stay at Paradise Valley Village - It was a wonderful house for our children and family to gather during our stay. Clan - comfortable and very roomy with a great pool and games for everyone. Lauren was wonderful at making sure our accommodations were meet and her communication was always timely. Beautiful home!

This was our first visit to Phoenix and we were not disappointed! The house is not only beautiful, it’s clean and has all the extras we enjoyed on our vacation (pool, games, etc). Lauren, the Owner was super easy to work with and she took the time to answer questions to make sure our trip was perfect! This will be our go to rental next time we are in Phoenix!

Our family really enjoyed our stay here! The pool warmed up nicely even though it was very cold the day before we arrived and the communication with the owner was excellent. The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was also very convenient to shopping, restaurants, and other attractions.

The best by far!

I cannot say enough good things about this home and it's hosts! The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The home was beautifully decorated and equipped with anything you could imagine. The beds were so comfortable and all the rooms were nice sized and very nice. The foosball table was a huge hit! There is an amazing coffee shop, Cortado Coffee Roastery, a few blocks away, it is a nice, short walk through the neighborhood. But the real gem is the backyard! There was lots of space, multiple seating areas and options, and the pool! The pool was such a lifesaver! Even in the cooler weather it was the perfect temperature and the toys and loungers were a very welcome bonus! We will stay again on one of our future visits for sure!

We had a group of 7 fly to AZ to see our son. The house was perfect, and large enough for my son to join us. Slept 8 comfortably. The back patio was a great place to relax. The neighborhood was very safe and great location. Would stay again!

Extended family getaway

The location of this house is easy to find and close to a variety of things to do like Top Golf and OdySea Aquarium. The host, Lauren, checked in on us and made sure that everything was working for us. The neighbors were friendly as we went for walks around the block. The four bedrooms were nice for each couple to have their own room during our stay. Annie's House accommodated our group comfortably.

Cleanliness was tip top 👌🏼 Everything is labeled so you waste no time looking around for absolutely anything. The house was spacious and comfortable. And well stocked with everything you need. An Arizona Gem!

All of us absolutely enjoyed our stay at this property. House was very clean, everything was well labeled and was very roomy. We had 9 people in our party and had plenty of room for everyone. Pool and outdoor space was wonderful as well. Owners were very quick to respond with any questions we had. Nice Property

Property was very nicely decorated and was clean, the neighborhood was nice and close to the hwy and grocery stores. The bedroom doors didn’t close all the way and would get stuck when you tried to open. I notified owner and they were willing to send someone out to fix it right away but we decided it wasn’t going to be an issue. The house overall was very nice and spacious and we really enjoyed our stay. I will definitely choose this home for my next phoenix trip. Thank you 😊
