Welcome to our beautiful Lookout Mountain home! Footsteps from the Lookout Mountain Trailheads, you will be conveniently located 15-30 minutes from most major attractions in the Scottsdale and Phoenix area. We have gone through painstaking measures to ensure that all of your needs will be met. Staying at our home will provide your group with a quiet and centrally located property in a safe, mature neighborhood. We love our home and know that you will too.

Home away from home!

Our stay at Matthew’s house was amazing! If you are looking for a clean, fully stocked private oasis this is the place! It is a beautiful house in a great neighborhood. The pool is refreshing and clean. Everything is well maintained. We cooked meals and walked to North mountain for hiking. Matthew is a wonderful host with quick communication. We look forward to returning next year!

Great house and experience

The house was amazing and had plenty to do onsite. Walkable to hiking, close to grocery stores, clean and comfortable. Property manager was quick to respond to any questions.

Great stay near Lookout Mountain - just wish it was warmer!

Great property! The house was just as listed—clean, spacious, and well-stocked. We especially loved the proximity to Lookout Mountain; we hiked there almost every day. Only heads-up for future guests: the weather was cooler than expected during our stay over spring break (60s), so the pool was chilly and the jacuzzi struggled to stay warm in the cold. Not a fault of the property, just something to consider if you’re planning a pool-focused trip with kids. We ended up doing more off-site activities, which required driving since not much is walkable. Overall, a great stay.

The home offered everything you could ask for! A pretty quiet neighborhood as well! We will consider staying here again when we make the trip back! Communication with the host was top notch!

Love this Home

We spent three nights in this beautiful home. I had some questions and Matthew responded so quickly! He was so nice when he came by the house to drop off a propane tank. This house is gorgeous! The pool and Jacuzzi are very nice. And the yard is beautiful. There’s games to play inside and outside. The ages ranged from nine years old to 70 years old. And everybody was comfortable and had a wonderful time. I cannot wait to go back to this house! Thank you, Matthew again for your hospitality. Thank you for the beautiful welcome basket.

Comfortable house with great yard.

The house had a good layout and Matthew was very responsive when we had questions. My family of 5 (3 teenagers) was very comfortable. Everyone loved the yard.

Great golf trip

House was nice and clean and had everything we needed! Hot tub had issue during our stay, which was unable to fixed during our stay! But Matthew made it right with a partial refund! Note that did not have access to the garage which was a minor inconvenience in dealing with our golf clubs each night! Overall was a great stay!

AMAZING

This was one of the most amazing properties I have ever stayed at the hostel was kind and very responsive. If I ever come back to Arizona, I will definitely be staying here again. I recommend this place to anybody looking for a quiet neighborhood with an amazing property and great views in Arizona.

This house was perfect for our group. Exactly as described and very well stocked. The backyard is great for spending time between any activities you might have planned. Communication and check in process were great. Would definitely rent again.

Ultimate CLEAN Family Friendly Spacious Home

Location is prime! You are near everything. Views of lookout mountain from the back yard, and master which is a plus, plus!!! The house was spotless and had been sanitized properly prior to arrival. They have all the things you may need. The back door has two safety locks which we utilized. The pool is large, has a shallow end and a VERY deep end which we loved. The house layout is ideal. Multiple bedrooms and bathrooms on the top floor, and a bedroom and bathroom downstairs. You can entertain here, host, it’s large and specious. The host was kind, responded promptly and was very helpful if we had questions. We will absolutely come back to this listing, our entire family did not want to leave, flying home was a sad day. Such a blast here! Great park up the road and shopping/dining/golfing/hiking. This place is the jam!!

Really enjoyed our stay it’s great to leave the comfort of your home and not even notice it when you arrive at your air b&b rental felt we never left our home. Host was awesome responsive and patient. House was just what we expected and more quiet, clean, pool was clean, warm, kids loved it spent most of the days enjoying it. Just awesome will definitely book stay here again M

On point!!

I surprised my sister for a two night stay!! Very clean home, I stayed in the master . The king bed was very comfortable, my sister stayed downstairs and she loved her bed as well. I made dinner the second night, just when I thought something might be missing lol I found the foil!! The pool was my favorite just right for how hot it was outside, we were in that pool for hrs. Sooo lovely. Nothing to complain at all. I’d stay here again for sure. They even had a nice welcome package, the pool is cleaned every Wednesday early morning. Great place to stay :)

Never wanted to leave

We were so glad we found this place! After backpacking for 4 days we were all looking forward to a shower and an actual bed. This place did not disappoint. It was absolutely beautiful and and so comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Phoenix Place!

This property is wonderful! The layout of the house is so clever and we loved the style and decor. Very spacious and comfortable with so many extras! The kitchen was totally stocked and featured a great coffee station and an amazing welcome basket of goodies! We have never experienced that level of generosity before! The prime suite was a delight with a gorgeous bathroom, huge walk in closet and very comfortable bed. Our son had his pick of three other well appointed bedrooms. The backyard was as wonderful as the house itself. Beautiful refreshing pool, lovely landscaping, with tons of fun extras. We highly recommend this property to anyone staying in the Phoenix area! Close to freeways but in a quiet neighborhood. This listing deserves more than 5 stars. Thank you!

Perfect for familes!

Our hosts were super responsive and provided all details for our arrival very promptly. The house was just as described and our group of 7 had plenty of room to visit or just relax. The pool/hot tub area, grill, and firepit were perfect for our evening activities. We highly recommend this rental!!
