C’est une fabuleuse maison unifamiliale de 3 chambres à coucher / 2 salles de bain avec un garage pour deux voitures dans le quartier très recherché de Desert Ridge. La maison bénéficie d'un intérieur ouvert avec des plafonds voûtés, une cuisine mise à jour magnifique avec comptoirs sombres de granit et de mise à niveau des appareils en acier inoxydable, un coin à manger confortable avec baie vitrée, une grande suite parentale avec dressing, et 2 grandes chambres supplémentaires de taille. Tout cela, et une cour arrière incroyable avec une piscine pebbletec CHAUFFANTE scintillante, un bain à remous et un barbecue intégré - absolument parfait pour se divertir! Good and bad…

First of all, the house is very clean and the location has many nearby shops and restaurants within walking distance. It’s also a short drive to Carefree where we particularly enjoy Tonto Bar and Grill for dinner. Eric was a great communicator and very gracious to work with. The pool and hot tub are safe and secure, and we felt very comfortable with our two smaller dogs - even taking advantage of the small grass area that Eric has provided for them to use. The reason for our less than glowing review is that there is overwhelming construction occurring right behind the house. This consists of several high-rise buildings and creates a situation where both workers and future occupants have a bird’s eye view from right across the street into the backyard over the pool and patio. There’s a lot of noise with construction equipment and trucks - for us making our stay very disappointing. One helpful note is that the construction shuts down on Saturday and Sunday.

Perfect vacation home

Everything was just as pictured and described. Great location, close to shops and restaurants. The hot tub and pool were fantastic. The house had absolutely everything that was needed. The beds, bedding, and towels were super comfy. Will definitely be back!

Ultimate Home Away from Home

I recently had the pleasure of staying at casa De Abrams. I can't say enough about how fantastic my experience was. From the moment I arrived, I felt like I had found my own little piece of paradise. The property was not just a place to stay; it truly felt like a home away from home. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect. The interior was tastefully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that immediately made me feel comfortable. The spacious living area was perfect for relaxing, and the kitchen was well-equipped with all the amenities one could need to cook and dine in. The bedrooms were cozy and provided a restful night's sleep, with comfortable beds and soft linens. One of the highlights of this property was the outdoor space. The well-maintained backyard was an oasis, complete with a pool and hot tub. It was the perfect place to unwind after a day a long day at a conference. The location of the rental was also ideal, after a long day I was able to return to the tranquil haven of my home away from home in the evenings. The property's owner was incredibly welcoming and responsive to any questions or concerns, which added an extra layer of comfort to my stay. Their hospitality truly enhanced the overall experience. In conclusion, my stay here was nothing short of exceptional. It provided a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and relaxation.

house was perfect for us. Went to Phoenix for a conference and staying in the house with the pool and hot tub was way better than staying in a hotel. House was just as described and met all our needs for 2 couples to spend the week relaxing.

Girls Trip

Really enjoyed our mini girls trip to Arizona, the location of this house to shopping and restaurants was perfect. Erik was very accommodating and this was a very comfortable house with plenty of space and a relaxing backyard and pool atmosphere was perfect. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful Getaway

We booked this for a spring break getaway from Seattle. The heated pool and hot tub were perfect for us and our 8 year old son. The house was clean and ready for our arrival - a good selection of basics in the kitchen (including teabags!). Very conveniently located near Desert Ridge - well within walking distance. We'd certainly stay here again the next time we visit the area!

My wife and I are a transnational couple (American & Canadian). Work has taken us to Los Angeles, however, we consistently travel back to AZ, where I grew up, for a relaxing break to visit family and enjoy everything Phoenix and Arizona has to offer.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We chose this property for two reasons: the location and the backyard! The Desert Ridge area is the perfect place to be located in order to experience everything Phoenix and Scottsdale have to offer. After a busy day around town, there is nothing better than coming home to BBQ in the backyard while swimming in the pool or relaxing in the hot tub.

The home has a simplistic style and layout which is comforting and relaxing. It is the perfect size home with an amazing backyard for entertaining and gathering with friends and family.
