The second-story unit features a cozy living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. The primary waterfront bedroom has a queen bed, an ensuite bath, and direct access to the screened porch. A second bedroom with two twin beds is located across from a full hallway bathroom.

The screened porch is ideal for morning coffee or evening drinks, and a shared dock provides opportunities for crabbing, birdwatching, or launching kayaks into the calm waters. Enjoy prime wildlife viewing, including wild ponies, coastal birds, and ever-changing lighthouse vistas.

Just minutes from Chincoteague’s shops, restaurants, and beach-town fun, this retreat is perfect for relaxing, exploring, or simply soaking in the coastal charm.
