Comprend un glissement de bateau de 21 pieds dès la sortie de votre porte coulissante. Porche couvert face au phare d'Assateague Island. Pêche et crabe depuis le quai. 6 couchages. Un lit queen, un plein et deux lits jumeaux. Cuisine entièrement équipée avec cafetière Keurig. Récemment remodelé. Trois téléviseurs et lecteur de disques Blue Ray. À quelques minutes de la plage. Situé sur le canal Chincoteague.

Great place to stay during the off season

The property is near the state park, and the ponies made several appearances for photo ops. The beach was chilly but great for walking. Restaurants can be tricky to find at the beginning of the week until they open full-time for the summer. Overall, it was a relaxing and quiet place to stay.

Quiet/clean

My overall experience was decent. I did contact the owner concerning the mini split unit in the main/master bedroom not working properly. Fortunately, he was in town working on another unit in the complex so he came to our unit to rectify the problem. Unfortunately, the mini split was not blowing as it should have been. The other bedroom was blowing very well when we turned up the fan to put out more heat. The owner was insisting that the unit in the master was fine. Although, my friend and I were in disagreement with him, since it wasn’t blowing heat when turned up. The room did get warm enough after a couple hours. Other than that, our experience was acceptable.

beds were horrible!! Cute place

The beds were absolutely the worst ! No mention that you entered through one of the bedrooms to get into the unit! The beds were the biggest issue! The dock was Awesome!

Perfect place to recharge

From reservation to checkout, this was hands down the best vacation experience ever. The unit is clean and comfortable. Although we didn't do much cooking, the kitchen is very well stocked and equipped. The views were amazing. Can't wait for our next trip back!

Great Trip

We had a great time fishing & crabbing at the dock. So nice being able to have your boat footsteps away from the condo! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked. Great views and we even saw a lot of Dolphin. Hope to return!

Little oasis

What a nice location. Especially sitting out back overlooking the water. We saw horses, jellyfish, bald eagles, and the usual seagulls and cormorants. We fished off the pier and caught a croaker. Others were catching crabs. We would come back here again.

Family Vacation

My family and I had a great stay! The place was very clean and perfect location! We loved being right on the water where my husband could dock his boat and my husband and kids were able to fish and crab right off the dock. This was our first time visiting Chincoteague and we definitely plan to come back! All of the neighbors were very friendly too! Any time I had a question, Steve always got right back to me!

Peaceful Days

Beautiful views from the condo every day … sunrise to sunset!! Enjoyed watching the neighbors boats go out and come back in with crabs and fish. Explored most of the Island and Assategue as well. We did lots of hiking, learned the history of the area and of course went on a boat tour. Nothing was far from the condo which was nice. Enjoyed being able to cook at home or bring home fresh cooked crabs to eat out on the picnic table! Lovely and comfortable well equipped condo! Thanks, Steve! Would love to return!!

Water Views

We had a great stay! The condos location was perfect for us. We were looking for something with great water views and we got exactly that. The condo was cute and had everything we needed. The living room had nice furniture and the bed in the main bedroom was comfortable. It was also very quiet and there wasnt many other people staying in the building when we were there. For March we had great weather and had fun exploring the island. We did see many horses from the back patio with the binoculars. It was a great trip and look forward to coming back sometime in the near future.

Peaceful getaway!

We had such a wonderful time! The condo was beautiful and the view from the dock was incredible! Steve, the host, was very responsive to any questions we asked. We would definitely return!

Review of SeaTag 12, Chincoteague Island, Oct., 2023

Location is easy to find and quite lovely. Had a bit of trouble with the lockbox system, but texting with the owner worked everything out. Loved the reserved parking space! Condo is smallish and no entryway; you enter immediately into the bunk room with beds abutting the door. The condo is nicely, if simply, decorated and VERY clean. Kitchen is well equipped. The condo is quite noisy. The near-constant noise from a dehumidifier (?) was awful. There are pointed instructions to NEVER turn the unit off, so it runs almost all the time. There is light pollution from lights on the parking side. The installed blinds and sheers are not enough to make the bedrooms dark enough for quality sleep. There are also not enough blankets. Fortunately, we brought extra! There is a lot of extra "stuff" and equipment in the closets which should rightfully be kept in an owner's closet or off-premises. The condo fronts on the channel between Chincoteague and Assateague and it was a source of daily fascination to watch the boats come and go, view the birds, ponies, and - twice! - watch a small pod of dolphin swim in with the tide! Would suggest this condo for atmosphere, wildlife viewing, photography, and, of course, if you have a boat... if not necessarily for "peace and quiet".

Just Perfect

This lovely little condo was just perfect for our little getaway. The view of the channel was gorgeous. We enjoyed sitting outside on the patio/deck reading and bird watching, and even took our morning coffee out onto the dock to watch the sunrise. The kitchen and living room were also a real pleasure to spend time in. The whole place was clean and comfortable, the shower pressure was good, and the location was peaceful and quiet. Steve was helpful and responsive, and a great source of local info (Cruise w/ Daisy's! Eat at Bill's!) We are already looking forward to returning.

Our favorite location on Chincoteague Island

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the waterfront condo. We loved having coffee out on the deck and watching our kids crab from the dock with the ponies and lighthouse in the background. Super quick drive to the beach. The unit is nicely updated with a large comfortable sofa for the whole family and a nice bright kitchen. Bedroom layout worked our great for our family of 5 with the 3 kids in their own room. The AC worked great and it was nice to have the humidifier as well. We hope to return soon!

Last minute Chincoteague vacation

We had never been to Chincoteague before. Our stay was perfect. The condo was clean and neat. I would describe this as the quieter side of the island. We fished, crabbed, kayaked and took in the beautiful scenery with peace and quiet right outside out back door. Just what we needed to do before the school year starts.

Property was great rental. Owner very commutative. Only one thing I didn’t like was you couldn’t use golf carts on the island without tags seatbelts and windshield wipers. No golf cart comes with that and it’s a low speed vehicle.

Great view of Dock, Super clean space

The view from the back sliders to the back porch area could not be beat. We had an up close view of the dock, with the lighthouse in the distance. Our space was cleaner than clean. The bed was super comfy and had good device charger access at bureau. It was a very short drive to restaurants and nature preserve. Neighbors were quiet. Owner was super responsive but we did not need a thing.

Weekend getaway

The stay was awesome! The dock was awesome went a sat out there all hours of the night to star gaze. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing. And the rental was very clean, easy to get to, and just all around nice.
