Sleeping Arrangements:
No bedroom on the ground floor. All bedrooms are located upstairs
- Bedroom 1: QUEEN SIZE BED, TV, dresser, closet, and a large Jack‑n‑Jill bath shared with Bedroom 2.
- Bedroom 2: TWO QUEEN SIZE BEDS, TV, balcony, dresser, closet, and the same Jack‑n‑Jill bath.
- Bedroom 3: QUEEN SIZE BED, TV, balcony, dresser, closet.
- Bedroom 4: QUEEN SIZE BED, TV, dresser, closet, with private full bathroom access.
- Bedroom 5 (Master): KING SIZE BED, TV, dresser, closet, with private full bathroom access.
Additional bathrooms include a first‑floor half bath, a third‑floor hallway full bathroom, and a fourth‑floor half bath. All bed linens and towels are provided, along with hotel‑size starter sets of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. A pack‑n‑play and highchair are available for families.

The open living area features a comfy couch and a 65‑inch TV, creating a relaxed setting for movie nights or casual conversation. The home theater on the lower level adds a cinematic touch, while the poker table provides extra entertainment options.

Kitchen & Dining
A large island anchors a kitchen equipped with state‑of‑the‑art stainless steel appliances, including a double oven, spacious refrigerator, wine cooler, and ample cabinetry. Small appliances such as a hand mixer, blender, toaster, and coffee‑maker are ready for use, and basic cookware, cutlery, pots, and pans are stocked. Coffee, salt, and pepper are supplied. The adjacent dining table seats six guests comfortably.

Practical Details
The driveway accommodates up to five cars; please avoid parking on the grass. A laundry room on the third floor includes starter detergent for your convenience.

For the safety and security of our guests and the property, the home is equipped with the following devices:
Exterior security cameras are installed and actively recording the front door/entryway, parking area, and backyard/pool area. These cameras monitor only the exterior of the property. There are no cameras or recording devices inside private living spaces or bedrooms.
A noise monitoring device is installed. This device measures noise levels only to help prevent excessive disturbances and does not record conversations or audio.

No smoking inside the apartment: $750 fine

Starter supplies: We provide an initial supply of toiletries, towels, and other essentials at the beginning of your stay. Once these are used, guests may purchase additional supplies locally or use the on-site washer and dryer for laundry.
