For both beach loving Floridians and vacationers alike, Lighthouse Point has become one of the most desirable sought-after neighborhoods in Broward County. It is a peaceful, safe and beautiful neighborhood…the location is just perfect! Florida escape is located east of US1/Federal Highway and minutes away from Broward County's most serene beaches, shopping, and entertainment venues. Florida Escape is conveniently located in-between the award winning “Blue Wave” beaches of Deerfield Beach and Pompano Beach. The beaches short drive or bicycle trip away.
The Master bedroom has a king size bed, with en-suite bathroom (vanity and shower), 55inch smart TV and a custom wardrobe closet.
1) Guest bedroom – King Bed, 55inch smart TV, Large closet.
2) Guest bedroom – Queen Bed, Smart enabled TV, plenty of closet space.
A second bathroom conveniently located in the hallway, is complete with a bathtub/shower combination, vanity and toilet.

This house is set up primarily for guest use; nobody else lives on the property. All areas of the house, private back yard and front yard is available for guest use only. Expect maintenance workers (pool cleaner, landscape crew) once a week.
Parking is plentiful. Space for 5 cars, circular driveway, right in front of the entry door, with no need to walk any distance from your vehicle to the entrance, and no stairs.
SURVEILLANCE / CAMERAS: The ENTIRE outside of the house is monitored by video cameras to prevent parties, unauthorized guests, vandalism, theft etc. There are no camera’s inside of the home.

The host lives nearby but usually does not need to meet the guest at check-in or check out. Access is completely private via the front door and self-check in is made easy with a code to a smart lock. The code is changed after each guest and will be sent to you on the day of and shortly before check-in. We are certified in EPA approved COVID-19 cleaning. This is completed before and after each guest arrives at the house. Hand sanitizer, disinfecting wipes, and masks are available upon request.

Exceeded our expectations

We travel a lot, and my wife and I both agreed that this was the nicest one we’ve stayed at. Everything was thought of and available. Pool is perfect for kiddos and plenty of space for them to run around the yard. Would highly recommend this place and their owners great communication.

Wonderful property with lots of entertainment

The house had everything we needed for our vacation. The pool with the waterfall, the hot tub, and the pool table were great ways to enjoy our stay. The kids had a blast and had fun throughout our time there. The host and property manager were great to communicate with and addressed any needs that arose.

Light house vacation

We fell in love with the area! The house was perfect for me and my adult daughters stay. The back yard was great, a lot of space and nice pool!! We spent most of our time outside on the patio. The neighborhood is great for walking as well! Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful property

We really enjoyed our stayed and love the area. Homeowner and property manger gave us great recommendations before we arrived and the kids loved the pool. Can’t wait to go back! We will definitely stay here again.

Lovely home

We loved the house and location in general. After a few minor set backs..ie.. pool cleanliness propane tanks needed refilling the owner was right on making it all work. My only suggestion is that maybe add a few more items to make the kitchen more cooking friendly. We were there for 3 weeks and needed to purchase a few items to be able to make dinners. All in all it was a great stay.

New Tradition in the making !

We had an incredible time at the property! The check in process was very detailed with a short term rental agreement executed between the parties. I appreciate that as it shows the level of integrity and care the host holds for the property. Communication with both the host and the property manager was outstanding! All of our questions were answered quickly and requests accommodated. The property is fantastic! Everything is as pictured, super clean and very welcoming. The host even left us a little welcome gift which was such a nice touch. Let’s talk amenities! The house is equipped with plenty of games, amazing pool table, and massive TV to keep you entertained. The outdoor area is an oasis! The pool is amazing, pay for the pool heat, it’s so inexpensive and works amazingly! We had so much fun playing basketball!! We really enjoyed hanging out outside, having drinks and playing corn hole and darts. We celebrated Thanksgiving and a birthday and this was the perfect place to do it at! We would 100% stay again and are even talking about booking for next year since we had such a wonderful time. Again, huge thank you to Peter and Alison for their hospitality. We will tell everyone about how incredible our stay was!

Perfect escape!

We had an excellent stay! There were two couples with 3 kids between us. The communication was awesome with Allison and Peter - including some great restaurant recommendations and spots to check out in the area. Checking in was a breeze. The home was super comfortable when we were inside cooling down. For as many of us as there were, there was plenty of space where we weren’t on top of each other. The kitchen had everything we needed, the grill was top notch. The pictures look good but do not do this home justice! The pool is beautiful and got a lot of use, the covered patio and all the outdoor games filled most of our days and into the nights. The adults had quite the dart and corn hole tournaments! Deerfield and Hillsboro Beach were only about a 10 minute drive and we had some fantastic fresh seafood at Whale’s Rib. This was a great location and easy to get around to wherever we needed. Thank you so much for offering your home as a vacations rental. This was a great stay and would highly recommend to anyone looking in the area!

Nice inviting home

Very nice vacation home. Enjoyed the pool, golf, dart board game and pool table. We ordered food a couple of times from nearby restaurants and there are plenty of restaurant places nearby. Home was clean with everything we needed for some much needed rest and relaxation. Communication was great but we didn't really need anything since the home had everything we needed for our stay. Very happy with our stay.

Great home, great location!

The house was nice online but even better in person. Felt much like home. The kids had a wonderful time. Very close to everything! I love how it's right in the middle of two nice beaches. Any questions I had were answered immediately. Wish we would have stayed longer.

Loved the Florida escape house

We truly enjoyed our stay here in Lighthouse point. The house was great inside and out. The pool was great, the furniture and beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. Peter the owner and Allison the property manager were great to deal with and they added a lot to our experience here.

modern, yet modest and well maintained home !

We loved everything about the property including the location, the landscaping, the appliances, the amenities, the pool, hot tub, the putting green on the property, the televisions by the pool and in the patio ! The house is extremely well maintained, the welcome basket for us was so heart warming !! All in all, we would stay at this house again in a heart beat ! A definite must stay !!

Great property for a relaxing get away.

The property is in a quiet area with easy drives ti the beaches, retail and restaurants. The home has everything you need for preparing meals on-site, with appliances, including the grill in great shape. The property activities make the down time between beaches and other activities fun and relaxing. Property management had great communication from check in thru check out.

Great place for family vacation

We had a great time at this property. The pool is perfect for a family vacation. It is centrally located to reach a variety of attractions, whether in Miami or the Palm Beach area. It’s a quick drive to Boca for some better restaurants. Very clean property and it’s a nice neighborhood.

Perfection!

Having visited many places in Florida and always staying in VRBO's we can honestly say Lighthouse point was on point! The pool was amazing day & night. Property was very well kept and clean. The beds were a dream. and the home had all of the amenities you need including things to do....you really never had to leave. We did go to the Pompano and Deerfield beach, as the house is in a perfect centralized area to easily do both. Grocery stores, restaurants, shopping were all in very close proximity. This place was exactly as advertised. Do yourself a favor and stay here!

Super Comfortable, Cozy Home for Our Long Stay

We had an extended stay in Florida and this property was perfect for us. It was very comfortable and clean and made our stay feel very at home. Everything you would need to cook meals as well as a ton of food locations close by! We were there for some golf tournaments so my daughter very much enjoyed practacing on the the built in putting green! Allison was easy and great to communicate with. We appreciated all her flexibility with us staying in her wonderful home!
