The Space:

Welcome to your home at District 225, one of Downtown Miami's newest luxury towers and a short walk from the FIFA Fan Festival at Bayfront Park. This 2-bedroom residence on the 27 floor is fully furnished, professionally designed, and completely move-in ready, with city views framed by floor-to-ceiling windows and abundant natural light throughout the day.

The home sleeps up to 6 guests in: a king in the primary bedroom and a queen in the second, dressed in fresh hotel-quality linens. Parking

Complimentary off-site parking is available for our guests, subject to building availability. Please note that this is a building-managed service, and its use is governed by their specific safety and administrative rules.

Important 24-Hour Rule:

To ensure fair use, vehicles cannot remain parked for more than 24 consecutive hours. To stay compliant, you simply need to exit and re-enter the garage before the 24-hour mark to reset the timer.

Note: Failure to follow this rule may result in fines or towing by the building administration at the guest's expense. The host is not responsible for building enforcement actions.

Guest access

You’ll have access to the entire 2BR residence plus all of District 225’s shared amenities.

Check-in is contactless. After you complete registration at the front desk, you’ll receive a secure FOB that opens your unit, the elevators and the amenity floors. Valid government photo ID is required at check-in for every adult guest (building policy).



Amenity access is wristband-based: each registered adult guest receives an amenity wristband at check-in (up to 4 per unit). Wear it to use the pool, spa, gym and other facilities.



Included with your stay: rooftop pool & plunge spa, sauna/steam room, fitness center, basketball & racquetball courts, climbing wall, co-working lounge, and free parking (1 vehicle per unit).
