The living room is a comfortable shared space, featuring a sofa bed for additional sleeping arrangements. Two full bathrooms are available, eliminating any morning rush. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker, making meal preparation a breeze. Enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer, along with provided bed linens and towels. The deck offers a place to relax and enjoy the mountain air. The Resort next door belongs to Land of Canaan Time Share. As our guest, you may have access to the Time Share amenities, but you must ask for access directly at the Time Share front desk and let them know you are staying at 85 Lochoa Dr (across from the office) and the owners are Time Share owner.
