Quand je repense à ma maison d'enfance, je peux dire avec certitude que ma chambre préférée était la tanière. Ce ne fut pas un grand espace, mais chaque pouce contenait les reliques les plus intéressants. Livres, photos, objets de famille et les meubles les plus confortables étaient tous là pour se nichent dans. Cela dit, The Den est le nom parfait pour ce lotissement ultra confortable et incroyablement pratique de deux chambres. Le décor est intéressant et de bon goût complimenté avec des antiquités tentera de vous détendre et de se retirer à l'intérieur, mais avec toutes les commodités sur place disponible et des paysages, la nature sera vous appelle à sortir et de jouer. L'année bénéficient d'un accès facile à tout Canaan Valley a à offrir. Les visiteurs d'été vont adorer la piscine extérieure, pique-nique pavillon et des installations de volley-ball. En hiver, il est un lecteur rapide aux pistes, parc de tube ou de la patinoire. Toute période de l'année, profitez WIFI gratuit, télévision par câble et les appels interurbains. Perfect Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Den. The cozy decor was perfect for our five-day stay in Canaan. The kitchen was well-equipped and the updated bathrooms were perfect for the two of us. Appreciated the cable TV as well as excellent Wi-Fi service so working remote was not an issue.

Love “The Den”

This is the only place we stay in Canaan Valley! This year was extra special as it snowed the entire time. The Den is beyond equipped for preparing meals and the winter weather! We will definitely be back!

Overall stay was excellent. Closets were full with owner's property, but not an issue for us. Check in/out at main office a slight inconvenience.

Wonderful Stay

The Den was perfect for our family stay.

Great Stay @ Canaan

Just returned home from our stay at Canaan & it was wonderful. Unit was clean, nice, and well stocked. Can’t beat the location either. Would definitely stay here again.

Great spot!

Loved this little condo in the perfect location. The back deck was so nice to hang out on in the near perfect temps. Great access to a nice pool and played some tennis as well. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed. Loved the little towns of Davis and Thomas, and a nice drive to the Alleghany Highlands bike trail.

Perfect Place for a Ski Trip Getaway!

We had a wonderful time at this cozy spot in Deerfield Village! The amenities were outstanding, and the kitchen was perfectly equipped for cooking. The location was extremely convenient - less than 10 minutes to where we were skiing - and the rooms and living area were spacious and comfortable for our group of four. We had a great time and would return in a heartbeat!

Super cute townhouse

We wanted to ski locally. Found this cozy place and it was perfect. All the incidentals were thought of! Perfect snowy weekend coming back from skiing and relaxing in front of a lovely fire!

Comfy and cozy

We stayed last week to enjoy watching the leaves begin to change colors. With OOVID we have been really careful when traveling and like the VBRO concept. The "den" as they call it was perfect. We enjoyed several fires (we couldn't keep the wood burning -- perhaps it was wet). I made several complete meals with the pans and utensils provided in the lovely kitchen; and the king size bed gave firm support. The host provided big cushy sparkling white towels that were perfect after a wonderful shower in the master suite!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked the Den for a quick skiing holiday right after Christmas. We were extremely pleased with the location of the rental and all of the amenities provided to the guests by the owners. The home is very beautifully furnished and less than 10 mins from all the skiing activities. The weather was not as wonderful, unfortunately, with torrential rain during a good part of the trip. The Den was very comfortable for staying indoors to read and watch football. For any first time travelers to the area, we were told that we were a little early for the skiing season there.
