The Meadows Modern Suite Deck & Garage Parking

Summary:

Modern-Hotel Style room with fireplace, large deck, garage parking, indoor jacuzzi (during ski seaon only). Quiet and cozy end unit with a very comfortable king bed and twin pullout couch. The building is located on the Kirkwood meadow, enjoy walks or cross country skiing right from the main lobby back door. Steps away from chair 6 and the main village, a shuttle runs all day to timber cove and picks up right out front.



The Space:

This end unit is set at the beginning of the hall, making it quick and easy access. Set up with comfort in mind, to relax after a full day in the mountains.



Guest Access:

You have access to the whole unit and private deck.



The Neighborhood:

Quiet, comfortable. We do have an HOA manager on site in case of emergency. Lots of trails for hiking and biking on the premises. Nearby is South Shore Lake Tahoe and Nevada, both approx. 40 minutes.

I enjoy the 7800 bar and grill and the Kirkwood Inn down the road.



Getting Around:

Definitely need your own vehicle to get here, winter bring chains or 4wd. Once you are here you can walk around, hike, bike and much more.

Please fully read our Cancellation Policy as well as Airbnb’s Extenuating Circumstances Policy prior to booking. We highly encourage you to purchase travel insurance at the time of your booking (available thru Airbnb) if you have concerns about refunds due to travel disruptions. Kirkwood is a mountain town and can get a large amount of snow during the winter season. Please be prepared to travel during inclement weather.



The thermostat is only available during peak winter season, heat is by fireplace or small heaters when boiler is off.
