This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath, first floor condo has been completely remodeled.  Enjoy the view of Aransas Bay from the comfort of the living room couch! 


The kitchen is fully equipped with all the creature comforts of home including a dishwasher and microwave.  There is also a Keurig/Regular Coffee maker combo so bring your favorite K-Cups.  The dining table seats four with additional seating for two more at the bar.  Enjoy the open flow of the dining room and living room with a large picture window and sliding glass doors that open up to a covered patio with patio chairs.  Sip your coffee and watch the sunrise over the water.  Relaxing is easy on the comfy living room furniture while watching tv on the big screen tv.  Please note, there is not a grill available. Guest will need to bring their own.
The master bedroom has a king bed, dresser and television. There is plenty of room to hang your vacation clothes in the master bedroom closet as well. The master bathroom has a walk in shower and a large vanity.  The second bedroom has a pyramid bunk bed (full on bottom) with a trundle and dresser. The second bathroom has shower/tub combo.

Spend endless hours fishing on the complex fishing pier that is lighted all the way down and has under water green lights that are on a dusk to dawn timer.  Clean your big catch at the convenient fish cleaning stand that has power and water available.  The Allegro North Condos also have a great bay front swimming pool with fantastic relaxing views of the water, two tennis courts and boat/trailer parking available to guest.

Allegro North is located off of Fulton Beach Road and just minutes from all the area has to offer.  Enjoy spending time eating out at our wonderful local restaurants and shopping at the multitude of amazing local businesses.  The Rockport/Fulton area is well known for its many year round festivals, market days, art galleries, fishing and birding.  We can't wait to see you! 

Cancellations: Changes or cancellations to reservations less than 30 days must be done 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee. Monthly rentals must be canceled 30 days prior to arrival to receive a refund. Monthly rentals canceled within 30 days of arrival will forfeit the first month's rent and processing fees. For reservations made less than 14 days of arrival, you have 24 hours from the time that you made your reservation to cancel or shorten your stay.
