This beautiful three bedroom and two bathroom first floor condominium is located at Rockport's iconic Bayhouse Condominiums Complex.  Enjoy a relaxing getaway at this wonderful, remodeled condominium that sleeps seven people.  The kitchen is fully furnished with all your cooking essentials including a dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker.  All the appliances are brand new.  The dining area and living room have an open floor plan with plenty of space and comfortable seating for everyone.  The dining table will seat four with four additional seats at the bar.  

The living room offers splendid views of Little Bay and Key Allegro with sliding glass patio doors that open on to a private deck.  There is patio furniture for your outdoor leisure activities.  There are Smart TV's in the living room to enjoy your favorite entertainment. This condominium also offers free WI-FI! 
  
The primary bedroom has a queen-size bed with a smart TV, two nightstands and a dresser.  You are also welcome to log in to your personal streaming accounts.  Easy access to the deck and beautiful views through the patio doors.  This bedroom has a private bathroom with a gorgeous walk in shower and duel sinks.  The second bedroom also has a queen bed, 2 night stands and a dresser for all of your vacation Attire. The guest bathroom has a shower/tub combo and beautiful nautical themes. The third bedroom has a Queen size bed as well as twin bunk beds.  All bedrooms also have a closet. 

 There is also a neighborhood boat launch you can use during your stay.  The Bayhouse Complex also has three swimming pools you can enjoy during your stay as well as tennis courts, fish cleaning stands, and community BBQ pits.  This unit is not pet friendly. 

Bayhouse is located off Fulton Beach Road and just minutes from all the area has to offer. Enjoy spending time eating out at our wonderful local restaurants and shopping at the multitude of amazing local businesses.  The Rockport/Fulton area is well known for its many year-round festivals, market days, art galleries, fishing, and birding.  We can't wait to see you! 

Cancellations: Changes or cancellations to reservations less than 30 days must be made 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee. Monthly rentals must be canceled 30 days prior to arrival to receive a refund. Monthly rentals canceled within 30 days of arrival will forfeit the first month's rent and processing fees. For reservations made less than 14 days before arrival, you have 24 hours from the time that you made your reservation to cancel or shorten your stay.
