You'll find 5 bedrooms throughout this home. Downstairs, there is an eclectic bedroom a king bed, a full bed, 2 twin beds, shuffleboard, & fun design. Upstairs are the remaining four bedrooms. Two of the upstairs bedrooms have one king bed in each. The fourth bedroom has a full & a twin-over-full bunk, while the fifth bedroom has a twin & a twin-over-twin bunk.

There are two and a half modern bathrooms throughout the home. Downstairs, the half bathroom has a sink & toilet only. Upstairs, the private master ensuite has two sinks, a toilet, & shower/tub combo. The hallway bathroom upstairs also has two sinks, a toilet, & shower/tub combo.

The modern kitchen is located right off of the main living areas, and is loaded with all new stainless steel appliances & a coffee station (including a Keurig & coffee pods).

Pool heating: We charge $100 for pool heating and will pre-heat the pool to 85 degrees. However, please note that outdoor weather impacts the pool temperature, and colder conditions may prevent it from reaching 85 degrees.

From December through February, pool heaters will be turned on at no additional charge. Keep in mind that the heaters may not significantly raise the water temperature above the ambient air temperature during colder weather.

The pool will not be heated during the summer, as high outdoor temperatures make heating unnecessary!

We are pet-friendly! The pet fee is $75/ pet per night, max of 5
