No smoking of any kind (cigarettes, vapors, marijuana,etc) indoors. If you smoke outdoors, please pick up after yourself. Drug use and other illegal activities are strictly prohibited on or near the property.

PETS:
We welcome 1 house-trained dog for an additional $150. We appreciate you keeping an eye on your dog and kindly ask that they do not jump on the beds and furniture. Your dog should be crated inside the home when the owners are out. Damage to the property will incur additional charges.

SERVICE & EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMALS:
Service Animal and Emotional Support Animals MUST be disclosed, in writing, prior to booking. The pet fee is waived only for legitimate service or emotional support animals that remain with their owner at all times. If there is evidence that the animal was left alone, the pet fee will be applied.
