Nestled in a charming rural setting surrounded by working farms, you may hear roosters, goats, and farm dogs, and occasionally spot a wandering chicken, adding to its peaceful countryside feel.

Welcome to your perfect getaway in Northern Greenville! This 5-bedroom, 3-bath, two-story home is ideal for families, groups, or friends looking for comfort, space, and entertainment. The main level features an open living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a master bedroom (with a crib if needed), and a kids' bedroom with a bunk bed and trundle pull-out.

Upstairs, there are 3 additional bedrooms and a loft-style game room perfect for game nights, movies, or just hanging out. With five bedrooms and three full bathrooms, everyone has space to unwind, making mornings smooth and stays effortless.

Step outside and enjoy your own private oasis. Take a soak in the outdoor hot tub, cool off in the pool, or gather around the fire pit in the evenings for conversation and s'mores under the stars. The backyard is set up for making memories, day or night.

Guests are free to utilize the entire home and outdoor space, just not the owners closet which requires keypad access.

Other things to note:
This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and security deposit. We know security deposits are annoying, so to make it easier on you we have 2 options that you can choose between:

Option 1: Damage Waiver ($45) - Have a worry-free stay with coverage for up to $1500 for accidental damage (spills, breaks, mishaps) with no surprise charges. Just relax and enjoy your stay. Coverage up to 10 nights, +$2/day for longer stays, and provided by a third-party insurance company.

Option 2: Security Deposit ($1,000) - Refundable temporary hold that releases after your stay.

To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it's a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

Your guest portal includes advertisements with third-party upgrades that you may want to enhance your stay. These upgrades are optional and include:

Early check in - $25 per hour earlier than 4PM on day of check-in

Late check out - $25 per hour later than 11AM on day of check-out

Firewood bundle - $35

CELEBRATIONS & GATHERINGS
We love being part of special moments! Our home may accommodate birthdays, wedding-weekend gatherings, family celebrations, and other small daytime events with advance approval.

• For celebrations with up to 14 total attendees, a $250 event cleaning fee applies.

• For celebrations with more than 14 attendees, the fee is $250 plus $25 for each additional attendee.

• The home can accommodate up to 14 overnight guests. Additional attendees may visit during the approved event but may not stay overnight.

• When reaching out, please share the expected number of overnight guests and daytime attendees so we can help confirm the arrangements.

• Planning decorations, vendors, a bouncy house, or other party equipment? Just let us know in advance so we can review the setup with you.

• The event fee is separate from the standard cleaning fee and will be requested before check-in.

We want you and your guests to have a wonderful celebration while keeping the home comfortable and ready for everyone.

COMMERCIAL PHOTOGRAPHY & FILMING

We’re happy to consider professional photography, filming, interviews, and other commercial content-production requests with advance approval.

Commercial photo or video production requires prior written approval and may be subject to a separate location fee and additional requirements.

When reaching out, please share the production company, project type, proposed schedule, total number of people onsite, areas requested, and general equipment setup so we can review the arrangements.

RURAL SETTING:
We are nestled in a charming rural setting with working farm neighbors. You may hear the sounds of country living including roosters, goats, and farm dogs. You may even get a visit from an occasional chicken.

SMOKING OR ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES
No smoking of any kind (cigarettes, vapors, marijuana,etc) indoors. If you smoke outdoors, please pick up after yourself. Drug use and other illegal activities are strictly prohibited on or near the property.

PETS:
We welcome 1 house-trained dog for an additional $150. We appreciate you keeping an eye on your dog and kindly ask that they do not jump on the beds and furniture. Your dog should be crated inside the home when the owners are out. Damage to the property will incur additional charges.

SERVICE & EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMALS:
Service Animal and Emotional Support Animals MUST be disclosed, in writing, prior to booking. The pet fee is waived only for legitimate service or emotional support animals that remain with their owner at all times. If there is evidence that the animal was left alone, the pet fee will be applied.
