This is a lovely house in a very nice neighborhood close to downtown Greenville.Awesome beds!! The best I've ever slept in a VRBO house. There were a few problemsnothing that was inconvenient or a major problem. The master bedroom shower was broken only could take a bath. It could use more kitchen cooking items and the air hockey table didn't work well. We had a wonderful family reunion and enjoyed the house very much.

This Home perfectly met our needs and provided great space for everyone. The pool table was an added plus.This House was clean and had well equipped kitchen.Jon was extremely responsive to any questions that we had. I would definitely stay here again !

Great house in a cute neighborhood. Beds and bedding were very comfortable. Found everything we needed in the kitchen. My teen son loved the game room and took over the basement area for himself. Would definitely stay here again

Jon was EXTREMELY communicative. He took care of a very small issue IMMEDIATELY, apologized and sent ‘treats’ as an apology. This house was absolutely a great house for our family. Christmas was a HUGE SUCCESS because of the location, quiet residential area and size of this house. If we’re ever back in Greenville and this house is available, we’d HIGHLY consider it.

My family of 9 stayed here for 6 nights. The day I arrived I notice that 3 of the ceiling fans within the home will not function unless the ceiling light is on as well. So these were unusable in the evenings. Which was very inconvenient and disappointing due to the very hot humid & temperatures. The only two tvs in the home were connected by the same remote. These tvs were located in the living room and basement living room and if channels were changed or a tv was turned on or off, the other tv was affected as well. This was a major inconvenience when we have multiple families coming together. I made the owner aware within hours of being there, I was told to replace batteries in fan remotes and this would help. It did not. I was then told to try and download a Roku app on my phone to hopefully help with the tv issue. It did not. Later that day I notice my baby and other children’s feet were covered in black dirt. Just by simply crawling, and playing around the house. The wood floors were absolutely disgusting and visibly not cleaned in a longtime. Also visible cob webs in corners. I had to purchase a swifer wet jet and clean them myself to get them cleaner for my children. Half of my bed frame was in pieces on the floor. Luckily my husband and I noticed before we got into bed, he then had to place them back into the frame himself before we could use it. Outdoor furniture needs to be cleaned and I’d ensure something other than a broom available for guests to clean up.

Hi Allie, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that the cleanliness of the home did not meet your expectations and I take full responsibility. Had I been made aware of the cleaning or maintenance concerns during your 7 night stay, I would have immediately sent our cleaning team back to the property. Or if you preferred not to be disturbed, I would’ve had the supplies you needed delivered and refunded your cleaning fee. When you contacted me regarding the ceiling fans and TV remotes, I responded promptly with troubleshooting suggestions. My cleaner was not able to recreate the issue with the TV remotes. She also sent me a video of her using the fan remote to turn the light on and off while the fan was moving, so I’m not sure what the disconnect there was. I wish I had been given the opportunity to address the additional concerns while you were at the home, as my goal is always to resolve issues as quickly as possible so guests can fully enjoy their stay. Feedback is important, and I've used yours to review our cleaning procedures and inspect the property to help ensure future guests have a better experience.

This property worked well for a multi-family visit. It was clean and had room for all to spread out. Wifi and TV service was good. Kitchen was good. Gameroom was nice feature. Quiet neighborhood, adequate parking. Overall a good experience. Would stay there again with a large family.

Greenville Family Wedding

We stayed at the property for 5 days, We needed a big house for 12 people to stay and it worked out perfectly. Jon was a great host and quick to respond to any questions. The location was perfect for easy access to downtown Greenville. Nice quiet neighborhood was awesome for us.

Everything was great however there was a not so great smell ( maybe dogs) when we first arrived and their cleaning staff missed the downstairs shower and refrigerator- they also left the master toilet running as handle was broken- The space itself was perfect for what we needed

I was concerned at first because this was the first time I booked a VRBO property that did not have previous reviews, but the pictures on the website accurately reflected what we found when we arrived. We needed all six bedrooms since there were six older couples. The kitchen worked well as did the grill. The owner replied to all of my questions within 15 minutes. Shortly after arriving around 6:00 p. m. on Friday, we discovered the main hall bathroom toilet did not flush properly. He was able to arrange for a plumber who arrived within 3 hours. The neighbors were very friendly and invited us to participate in the Halloween block party they held on Saturday.
