Notre unité de location de vacances en bord de mer situé au 11ème étage. Daytona Beach Resort Spa and Conference Center est à seulement 2 miles au nord de Daytona rue principale et la plage de renommée mondiale (fin Sud de Ormond Beach). Recourir destination toute l'année impressionnant avec tous shopping à travers la rue - supermarché Publix, Walgreens, Dollar Trois, le magasin de Beall et beaucoup d'autres. Grands restaurants à distance de marche juste en bas de la route - Charlie Horse Restaurant, Olive Garden, vendredi, Bonefish Grill, Riptides.

Condo a un balcon privé avec vue imprenable sur l'océan Atlantique et Daytona ville. Asseyez-vous, détendez-vous et profitez de votre repas, ou regarder les pélicans passent près de balcon. Unité équipé déroulant Murphy grand lit et un grand canapé-lit. Donc unité ressemble beaucoup plus grande. Kitchenette avec réfrigérateur pleine grandeur, deux brûleurs de cuisson, micro-ondes, cafetière et grille-pain. Vaisselle, ustensiles de cuisine et des ustensiles de cuisine sont fournis. Nous fournissons également des draps, serviettes, serviettes de plage, du papier, du savon, du dentifrice et des rafraîchissements gratuits. Immense salle de bains avec beaucoup d'espace de comptoir. TV écran plat avec câble Direct TV et WiFi gratuit dans tout l'établissement. OK fumeurs seulement sur le balcon.

Tout bâtiment a été entièrement rénové en 2006 avec 34 millions $ investis dans la rénovation. Resort commodités comprennent: 2 piscines en bord de mer, un bar Tikki, mini-golf et une piscine pour enfants parapluie. Inside vérifier la taille olympique piscine intérieure chauffée, jacuzzi, sauna et salle de travail. Le salon fournit les invités avec des animations karaoké. Entièrement rénové un restaurant en bord de mer et d'un foyer extérieur. Garage couvert, un parking, des installations de buanderie, self-service Business Center et Terra Aqua Day Spa.

Communication or lack there of...

I'd actually give this property 5 stars, because it is as advertised. Good value, clean, decent building, and given how busy the property was, very quiet. But, I sent the owner a private e-mail noting a couple of very minor maintenance issues that I thought he'd appreciate and never heard back. (He was quick to respond when I was interested in renting it.) A couple of data points for sun worshippers and those who turn as red as a boiled lobster like me. This was a solo trip as I had a weekend to occupy rather than trying to return home for a weekend. I burn; the sun is strong. The only umbrellas available at the pool were associated with tables. Therefore I had to maneuver a lounger as close to a table as I could. It worked, but not a lot of room to maneuver. Large umbrellas with loungers were available for rental on the beach, but being solo, if I wanted to return to the condo, I'd have to pack everything. Also, I'd recommend pre-arranging with the owner to obtain multiple keys for both the room and the beach. (The room comes with one key to each - hotel-style keys.) If I had been with my significant other, she definitely would have wanted her own keys as she and I have very different beach agendas.

Room was small but had everything we needed. Murphy bed was small, I'm a big guy. 6 feet tall 265 pounds but we made it work. We had an ocean view from the 11th floor. I would get the room again. The price was right

Clean with great amenities

This unit is in the tower on the eleventh floor with a great view of the ocean to the left, Daytona in the center, and even the river to the right. Very private with walls to the left and right on the balcony. There are 3 or 4 elevators to access the unit from the lobby and even from the covered parking deck. The facility is a nice clean hotel/conference center... not so much a condo resort. Because the unit is a studio it is expectedly small, especially because we did not fold up the murphy bed. We had a disappointing experience when we arrived unexpectedly early from a LONG car trip and were denied an early check-in by the front desk despite the fact that the unit had been cleaned and empty for a few days ... the owner was out of the country with no way to get in touch with and the front desk refused to help without his okay. The murphy bed was okay but a little uncomfortable despite a purportedly new mattress. Wifi was very slow in the building at times. One chair on the balcony had a broken leg but I was able to prop it up and make it usable (ask if it has been replaced)... On the positive side the unit has great views even from the bed. It is south facing so in winter it has the sun streaming in all day... very nice and warm! It was comfortable, well equipped and clean. The resort has 3 outdoor pools, one indoor heated, 2 hot tubs, a small gym, a nice restaurant with ocean/pool views, and an outside tiki bar.... great clean place. We would recommend the unit to friends but wish the bed was "a real one" and not a murphy! The owner was very helpful once he was able to get back in touch with us.

nice spot

was looking for a spot with an ocean view to have a hassle free vacation for a couple of days. that's exactly what i got. nothing too fancy, but was what i expected from photos. nice view overlooking the top of the main part of the resort to the beach and over the city. got to see a fireworks display from the balcony one night set off at the bandshell. also had fun watching pelicans glide over the top of the building right over my head. full fridge, nice swiveling tv, big bathroom, comfortable bed with lots of pillows. a few cosmetic blemishes on the carpet, and ceiling from normal wear, but was fine for the price. staff were professional and the entire resort was nice and clean. quick and easy booking through owner and would recommend.

Awesome stay for the price, highly recommend!

It was very clean, everything you could possibly need was supplied. The balcony area is perfect to watch the sunrise over the ocean with a cup of coffee in hand. We had an amazing time and so did our children because you have all the options you could possibly have in one place, indoor pool, outdoor pool, hot tub, and beach oh and tiki bar next to the pool for us moms that need to relax and tan and keep an eye on the children all at the same time. The only one thing I did not like were the mattresses. They were not very comfortable. But overall, awesome stay, especially for the price. Hotel is clean inside and out and hotel staff is very nice and professional. Its in a very good location, close to the boardwalk and Joes Crabshack Pier. I highly recommend.

DBR Unit

Even though this is an ocean view unit, the view from the PRIVATE balcony is truly awesome. (Not all units at DBR have private balconies.) This south-facing unit definitely has incredible views of the ocean, Daytona, and beyond. It is spacious and comfortable for a reasonably priced studio and very quiet. I cannot hear my neighbors when inside my unit, even though I could hear them when in the hall. The owner has taken extra care to provide beach chairs/towels, chilled water bottles and enough personal items such as toilet paper and paper towels to get you through your stay. The negatives are not enough dishes/glasses for four people and the Murphy bed mattress is uncomfortable. But overall, this is a GREAT unit. I will definitely rent again.

Mini Vacation

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights with our 2 and 4 year old. The place was clean and well maintained. The view was nice and all the amenities were perfect for our family. The cost was less expensive than staying in any hotel in the area. We would stay here in the future and recommend it to others.

Great location in Daytona Beach

Upon arrival I was impressed with the facility and the accommodating staff. The resort has a decent restaurant/lounge, several pools, and is right on the beach. My room had a view of the ocean, downtown Daytona and the causeway. Sunrises on the balcony where a treat! I had everything I needed in the room for the week. As a middle-aged women traveling alone to visit my elderly Mother, I am mostly concerned about safety and I felt safe on arrival. Parking was steps from the entrance and there were security guards and the room door had secure locks for the evening. This property is exactly as advertised and I would not hesitate to stay here again if available. Daytona Beach is a great city and area.

I lived in New-York for many years and visited Florida on many occasions and I love it there with all beautiful beaches, nice people, good weather, pelicans and singing birds. One day I sad to myself - it would be nice to move in Florida. And I bought condo hotel unit for my family. We were coming back and force for several years and we love it there. After hurricane Sandy hit New-York and we suffered in our building next to the ocean when whole area got flooded, I realized it is time for us to move South. I invite everybody to come visit my condo and enjoy tropical weather.

Good location, safe, many things to do. Watch pelicans all day long, sometimes you can see dolphins at play.
