Twin bunks and a futon type couch are the sleeping options here. Tons of cabinets and gathering space. $500 Security Deposit Required on all Reservations for 25 years of age or older. Must be 21+ to reserve and occupy which requires a $750 Security Deposit. Deposit is refundable given no damage or additional cleaning required on departure. If reserving through Airbnb this will be collected after the reservation is confirmed through the Airbnb additional payment request.
