The house is next to hwy 26, making it easily accessible to get in/out of, but traffic can be a bit noisy (especially in the backyard).

To keep dirt at a minimum we ask you to remove your shoes when entering the cabin.

The kitchen is well-stocked with ground coffee, coffee maker, tea, sugar, electric kettle, toaster, popcorn kernels, Brita pitcher for filtered drinking water, cookware (including a large Crockpot, pots, pans, utensils, baking pan), serving dishes and utensils, olive oil, basic seasoning, fridge.

The full bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cotton balls, q-tips, toothpaste, toothpicks, and towels. Robes are in closets of each room.

Other things to note:
- No burning outdoor fireplaces - no exceptions
- Only guests listed in the reservation are permitted, no outside guests
- Quiet hours: 10pm - 8am
- We're on a septic. Please DO NOT flush anything besides toilet paper in the toilet, and do not drain anything but liquid in the kitchen (no food, oils, or coffee-ground).
- Limited parking: 3 cars max
- No pets allowed
