The space
This one bedroom unit is furnished "island style", with our personal touch.
We are avid snorkelers and my husband is a photographer. Our walls are covered with his underwater photographs of our amazing Turtle friends and other sea creatures!
This unit is furnished with everything you need to make your stay perfect, including, New Microwave, New Dishwasher, New kitchen sink, faucet and disposal. Fridge with icemaker, New stove and oven with air fryer, blender, coffee maker, food processor. Also, for your convenience we have installed New family size, front loading clothes washer and dryer.
There is a New Split Air Conditioner that services the living room, kitchen, and bedroom! There are also ceiling fans in every room and additional fans in bedroom if you prefer the fresh ocean breeze.
Onsite you will have access to our Newly resurfaced Tennis Court and pickleball courts, 3 New Propane Grills and the most beautiful pool and hot tub on the island.
We have provided everything you might need for an awesome day on the beach, including, Beach Towels, Beach Chairs, Beach Umbrella, Cooler and even snorkel gear.
This unit has a new high speed modem and wireless router for your internet and wifi needs. Cable TV is also included to view on the 2 large, flat screen, SMART T.V.s, one in the living room and one in the bedroom.
All Taxes and Cleaning Fees are included in the grand total that VRBO presents to you. NO Hidden Fees.

Guest access
FREE onsite parking is available for each unit, uncovered, open lot adjacent to building. Open parking, making it easy for each guest to park where its most convenient for them. There is no designated parking spot and no need for a parking permit or placard.
This condominium is a non-smoking unit. Please no smoking inside the unit or on the lanai. Smoking permitted only in the designated smoking area on the edge of the property.
Another important thing to note is, applying or wearing sunblock or suntan lotions or is is not permitted inside the unit, as these chemicals tend to stain furniture, cushions, sheets and towels. Guests may be charged the cost of replacing sheets, towels or furnishings that become stained or bleached due to wearing or spraying of any such chemicals inside the condo.
Please use the Sarongs that have been provided to use as furniture covers to avoid stains from sweat and oils.
