I really enjoyed my stay at Seascape resort. The unit had everything we needed and was quite spacious. We had access to the pool and beach, which were just a short walk away. There is a restaurant on site and more retail across the road. The host was quick to respond to any questions. I will definitely stay again.

Comfortable Condo with a very nice walk to the beach. We tried the Resort Restaurant and found excellent food with a very friendly staff. We found just a couple minor repairs needed at the Condo. We enjoy our stay!!!

Everything you need for a Seascape getaway is here. Check-in and departure instructions were clear & easy to follow. Dishes, coffeemaker, towels, toiletries, even two high-quality beach towels - all present. The 1BR is the perfect size for a romantic getaway for two. No ocean view, but you can hear the waves from the patio. If you are looking for an affordable, quiet, well-maintained place to stay in Seascape, here you go.

I would have given a 10 rating but the fridge had a problem and the host didn’t reply back when I emailed him. Very small fridge! The door for the freezer was missing, I’m assuming there was supposed to be a door! The freezer was frosted up and not usable!! I was worried it would freeze our other items in the fridge section.

The room we stayed in needed some maintenance update. The kitchen faucet was loose and hard to turn on and when you did the water came on full blast. The bathroom sink faucet knob had some dark color built up around the bottom. The slip mat to put down on the bottom of the bathtub was worn out, it was slippery. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay with our children and grandchildren.

Beautiful Condo and Location

What a beautiful resort, sitting on the ocean with many activities and walking paths. Loved the village shops close by and the breathtaking sunsets by the pool. Condo had everything we needed with comfy beds and pillows. Owner answered any questions quite promptly. Would love to stay again!

Great overall stay

Had a great stay here. The checkin process was a little different. Was suppose to get the code for the front door sent to me via email but had to wait outside while I contacted the host for the code, but they responded pretty quick so it wasn't too much of a hassel. Property was very nice. Great views and close enough to the places we wanted to go to. Room was nice, clean, and bed was pretty comfortable. Overall had a great stay.

We stayed here for our anniversary weekend and overall had a very nice experience. The property itself was clean, comfortable, and felt well cared for. We especially enjoyed the easy walk to the beach. The path was pleasant and made it easy to get out and enjoy the area without driving.Parking was convenient and stress-free, which we appreciated.There were just a few areas where clearer communication would have made the stay even better. The directions to the exact room location were a bit confusing upon arrival, and some additional guidance would have helped. It would also have been helpful to know where to find the ice machine and to have a quick overview of how to use the AC/heater.We also had some trouble with the TV remotes, as they didn’t seem to connect properly in either the main sitting area or the bedroom.That said, these were relatively small issues in an otherwise enjoyable stay. The location, cleanliness, and overall comfort made it a great spot for a relaxing anniversary getaway. Thank You

Great place and great location

Overall we loved our stay! Such a beautiful place and it was nice having more space and amenities than just a hotel. We wish w has been informed that when booking privately you don’t get to enjoy some of the amenities such as the golf cart to and from the beach (it’s quite a walk with a bunch of beach stuff.) Most of the stuff was great and still allowed us to ride. Not a huge issue we just weren’t aware before staying.

No communication from property manager. I messaged about issues and there was silence. I know this is just really really bad timing, but the Smoke detector began beeping and saying low battery every minute at 3 AM. We had to go out and purchase batteries. I thought that would get us a message back, but no. The fridge is shot and doesn’t seal. There was no hand soap in the house. Had to purchase our own as well.

The one bedroom unit was at a seaside resort called Seascape Resort in Aptos CA. Overall the rental looked very tired and in need of a lot of TLC. Hall and bedroom acordian doors would not close all the way. Stove burner was broken and unusable. In the fridge, the freezer section was completely frozen over with built up ice. Chairs at the kitchen table were stained and very dirty looking. The sliding glass door screen to outside was off the track and broken. Sliding glaa door itself was difficult to close and lock. Faucet in Kitchen sink was very difficult to shut off properly so it would not drip. Furniture looked dirty and in need of replacement. Very disappointed in the overall appearance of the unit. There was no instruction binder or sheet regarding the operation of the television or what channels were available. Most rentals or hotel rooms have a basic channel guide in the room for the convenience of the guest. When we first used the shower it set off the smoke alarm. The fan in the bathroom was in an awkward location in the toilet room. Again, it would have been nice if the owner provided information outlining things about the rental like warning the guest to be certain to find the ceiling fan and run it during showers. We feel the unit has been neglected and needs to be updated significantly. We would not stay in this rental unit again in its current condition.
