Great location

Great location for all of our activities: biking, pickleball, photography, shelling, swimming and relaxing. Also close to our favorite restaurants.

We had a wonderful time at this property. We brought our boat which lead us to beautiful waterways.

It was a great property for our whole family. The kids met friends at the pool, the community was kept very clean and everyone we spoke to was extremely friendly. We had a very nice week at this property.

Beautiful condo in perfect location

We had a great time in Lillian's condo. The condo is very clean, relaxing and the view is amazing. Perfect for enjoying sunrise and seeing dolfins in bay ! We loved the location for biking to Fort de sota and short drive to Pass a grille or St Pete's beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Terra Verde with the parrots and a little El Nino.

Very clean with superbly decorated rooms. The kitchen was well-equipped and the beds were great. I bike a lot so the area is well - developed for that. Thank you, Lilian.

This is a beautiful condo with equally beautiful views.

The photos accurately depict the condo as well as the views from the balcony. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation, this is the place you want. Beaches, dining, and shopping are all easy to get to. Lillian was great to work with throughout booking. I would highly recommend this condo and will come back if available.

Beautiful views from beautiful condo

We loved our time at this condo. It was very clean and have all the essentials for us. The owner was very responsive and gave us excellent recommendations on restaurants and activities. The location was the best for us since we brought our bikes and wanted bike rides and endless time at the beach. Ft DeSoto Park is beautiful and literally right down the road. Definitely recommend this condo and plan to come again.

Above and beyond

Lillian goes above and beyond to ensure you have a wonderful experience at her condo in Tierre Verde! The condo is spotless, comfortable and very peaceful. Enjoyed the sunrise and beautiful view of bay from balcony. Absolutely no complaints .

Wonderful vacation place

The condo was great. Well stocked kitchen with dishes, utensils and everything you would need. The condo was very nicely decorated, the furniture was comfortable, everything was very clean, neat and well taken care of. Would recommend this condo to anyone visiting this area. Hopefully we will be back again next year in May and September. Dealing with Lillian was easy and she could be contacted anytime we needed her.

Relaxing vacation

Just a few minutes drive to Fort de Soto State Park, the condo is very nicely situated. There is a lovely view of the pool and the bay from the living room. The condo is comfortable, clean, well appointed, and very well taken care of. It is always peaceful and quiet, especially after dark. Lillian is thoughtful and communicates well. We appreciate the care she took to make our stay so enjoyable.

Stayed Easter week 2023. Nice and clean condo. Well appointed. The beach umbrella and chairs were a nice plus as we arrived by air. Great location close to Ft DeSoto and St Pete. The owner Lillian is very quick at responding. (I had called for the internet but the password was in the welcome book) highly recommended place to stay if family of 4/5 or a couple.

Peaceful and Beautiful

This is going to sound crazy. But here goes. My xhusband and I went away together to see if we had made a mistake. We found out that we didn't. But we do know that we are true friends. It was so nice to meet other couples that live their year round and also visitors. It was quiet and very comfortable home. Lillian checked in on us and was very helpful. The only thing that bothered Dan was the lights from the outside front entrance. Blackout curtains would be perfect. But that didn't bother me at all. Lol THE whole complex was clean and kept up and our little place was super nice and had everything we needed for 7 days. Great getaway!!

Loved it!

Very easy to get to. Nice and clean. Kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked. Anything you forgot or needed, it was there. I cut my toe on the beach and found bandaids and peroxide in the bathroom to save the day. We would happily stay here again.

Wonderful time !!

Lovely unit overlooking pool and waterway. The owners go above and beyond to make your stay everything you hoped for. This unit was very tastefully remodeled and the kitchen has every possible item you could wish for. Another plus was the quality of the linens provided. Some places I have stayed in the past supply you with cheap, thin sheets and scratchy towels, you won't find those here. We drove to Florida so we brought beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels, but the owners thought of everything and supply all of those items in case you happened to fly down. We love the Tierra Verde area due to the laid back atmosphere and beautiful beaches at Fort DeSota Park. We will definitely be back.

We loved it!

It is a corner condo so full views of other buildings, condo community deck, pool, hot tub, bay and nature. The condo is up-to-date, very nicely decorated and completely furnished with an abundance of cooking utensils. It is comfortable and just the right amount of space for 2 to 5 people. The first evening there I was on the deck and saw a stingray, schools of fish and clear water. Other condo renters and owners said there is a family of manatees in the bay but we were unable to spot them. We did see dolphins from our balcony and the deck multiple times during the week. We had beautiful views during the day of the sky and water with so many shades of blue and in the evening the lights, bridges and yachts across the bay. The location was perfect for us. It was within a couple of miles of Fort DeSoto Park, beaches, kayaking, biking/walking, restaurants with great food & atmospheres and St. Pete's activities. Tampa is within 40 miles and St. Petersburg is about 20 miles. Everyone we met there was very friendly. Overall: My first trip ever to go with girlfriends. We got the perfect week for weather, location, condo and relaxation. We enjoyed the patio every day and the pool/hot tub almost every day. Added notes: This condo is on the second floor. Not wheelchair accessible and no elevator due to the buildings layout. If you want to go biking/kayaking you will need to provide your own or rent them. Provided are 4 beach towels, umbrella, backpack, etc in a small armoire but everything smells like mothballs. I'm sure there is a reason for it. We used the beach towels anyways after airing them out some. One negative: we forgot to take the parking pass out of our rental car and realized it just before we got to the airport. Called the owner and they did not have a back-up so we were required to overnight the pass, as the other pass had been lost previously. I don't know how long it had been and she offered no other solutions. We were willing to mail it back. That was frustrating as I couldn't do anything about it until I got back home. Not the way I wanted to end our trip, hustling to find a way to get it back within 24 hrs.

Wonderful view. Very nice 2 BR/2BA condo.

Holiday Island is a lovely property. Well cared for. Great pool area. Great location on Tierra Verde. Many wonderful restaurants nearby. Fort DeSoto Park is a must. Minutes from St. Pete Beach. Condo as described by owners with great photos. Laundry facilities are in the Community Center with 4 large washers and large dryers. Would certainly consider renting here in the future.

First, I'd like to confirm that all of the 5 star reviews preceding are all legit. It is truly a great place, in a beautiful and convenient location. The condo is fully equipped with everything you need. It was properly cleaned and looked great upon arrival. Lillian and Ray are delightful people and wonderful to work with from the start. Even Irma couldn't spoil this!

The property is very well presented and in a stunning location. Our stay was affected by hurricane Irma, but the owners were fabulous throughout. We would thoroughly recommend this property and hope to return in the future.

We love to go out on our boat or jet ski so being close to the water is important for us. We enjoy biking and running in the beautiful paths leading to Fort de Soto Park.

Our condo unit is located on the second floor and is situated in the middle of the complex overlooking the pool and the view of Tampa Bay. This is the BEST VIEW OF THE COMPLEX! If you have a boat you want to bring, no worries, you could reserve a boat slip and trailer parking right on this property! Advanced application required.
