Le Sunset Beach House est une maison indépendante de deux étages située juste en face de la cél��bre Sunset Beach de Treasure Island. M��me votre petit chien (moins de 10 kg) est le bienvenu!* Bien que l��emplacement de votre maison de vacances sur l’île au trésor soit paisible et calme, vous êtes à une courte distance en voiture de Petersburg, Madeira Beach et d'autres attractions. Vous pouvez aussi marcher le long du Treasure Island Beach Trail pour atteindre les restaurants, les bars et d’autres lieux de divertissement. Le Sunset Beach House requiert un séjour minimum d’une semaine, mais vous aurez besoin de tout ce temps et davantage pour vivre toutes les aventures qui vous attendent sur Treasure Island.

Sunset Beach House est une maison de plage climatis��e de deux chambres et deux salles de bains pouvant accueillir jusqu'à huit personnes lorsque le canapé-lit queen-size est utilis��. Pour les repas, vous avez une grande variété d'options. �� proximité, de nombreux restaurants uniques attirent des visiteurs du monde entier. Choisissez parmi les restaurants de toutes les vari��tés qui se trouvent à proximité du Sunset Beach House. Cependant, si vous voulez préparer le dîner vous-m��me, nous vous avons couvert. Au Sunset Beach House, vous passerez probablement votre temps à faire de la plongée en apnée, du kayak, du golf, du parachute ascensionnel et des bombardements. Un séjour au Sunset Beach House consiste à profiter du soleil et de l'eau. Trois miles de plage de sable blanc vous attendent pour vous baigner dans un peigne, plonger dans l'eau et profiter du soleil sur le sable soyeux.

Au coucher du soleil, vous voudrez être sur la plage pour regarder l’incroyable spectacle de couleurs au-dessus de l’eau. Il n’ya rien de tel qu’un coucher de soleil dans le Golfe.

Votre chambre principale est à l’étage où vous trouverez une retraite tranquille dotée d’un lit queen-size, de tables de chevet avec lampes de lecture et d’une télévision �� écran plat. Avant de vous coucher pour la nuit, glissez vos portes coulissantes en verre sur votre balcon pour un dernier verre ou simplement pour profiter de l'air nocturne.

Votre salle de bain principale offre une combinaison douche / baignoire. Vous choisissez si vous voulez prendre un bain relaxant ou une douche revigorante rapide. Vous pouvez prendre votre temps car une deuxième salle de bain avec douche à l’italienne est �� la disposition des autres clients.

La deuxième chambre est la zone id��ale pour les enfants. Deux ensembles de lits superposés peuvent accueillir jusqu'à quatre enfants. Il y a aussi deux commodes et une télévision à regarder du lit. Location, location, location!

We had a fabulous stay at Sunset Beach House! The location cannot be beat! It’s maybe 100 steps to the pavilion or boardwalk leading right to the beach. Pavilion also has showers to rinse off after being on the beach, nice, clean bathrooms, and a playground area. We never had a problem finding a spot to setup on the beach no matter what time we went down, very calm area. Every afternoon/evening there was a large group of surfers that would gather and were awesome to watch. Not sure if that is the norm, but it seemed like a group that was more comprised of locals and a lot of them seemed to know each other, very cool! The kitchen was great, very well stocked with dishes, pots/pans, spices, tin foil, storage bags, etc. Loved the laundry that was just outside in a locked storage room that also included some beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc. Some areas that could have been improved were cleanliness off the bathrooms, particularly upstairs. They also were not stocked with hand soap. The biggest challenge for us was the AC in the bedrooms upstairs. If you did not leave the bedroom doors open, the rooms would get 10-15 degrees hotter than the rest of the house. Even with the doors open the rooms would still be hotter than the rest of the house. I think this is due to the high ceilings in the bedrooms, but it was frustrating. Overall, we would absolutely stay in the Sunset Beach House again! We had a fantastic time!

Excellent Location- across street from beach - has everything you need & washer/dryer are new - - Only complaint is toilet seat in upstairs bathroom loose & wiggled & shower liner needed replacing (some mold) - I also cleaned the disposal which had black gunk in it - But I would definitely stay again - Easy Beach Access & perfect spot

Excellent Location

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sunset Beach House. The location is literally a 1 or 2 minute walk to the beach! Beautiful beach, we found several sand dollars among the shells. The house is in a very nice, quiet neighborhood and has an excellent view of the beach and park from the porch on the top floor. There is a public dog beach on the waterway a couple of blocks away. Great area to walk our dog. The house was very well equipped with several more items than included in the listing such as washer/dryer, nice beach chairs, couple of small wake boards and other beach toys. The 2nd floor bathroom was recently remodeled. We plan on returning and definitely recommend to others.

March Retreat

The location of the house was great for a short walk to the beach, dog beach or playground. Second floor patio was lovely to sit and look out at the Gulf and morning sunrise. The house was well supplied however a grill would be a nice addition, if permitted. Indoors, the rugs on the stairs should be updated, beds need to have mattresses replaced as they were not very comfortable.

Perfect Place

The location was just off the beach. Just a couple minutes of walking and you’re in the ocean. The house itself was clean and had everything we needed. We’ll certainly look into this place again for future travels that way.

Great Location!

This property is a fabulous location. It’s less than a block to the beach, in a quiet spot and walkable to restaurants. Layout is also great. Beds are not the most comfortable.

Great location. Even though it wasn’t on the beach it was only a 2 minute walk across the street to the beach. My family and I really enjoyed it.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are from Tinley Park and travel to the Gulf Beaches twice per year. This place and company were terrible, please see title of review. We had to cancel our card. We had to clean when we arrived, they had to send exterminators. All of our experiences throughout the years renting homes on the Gulf Beaches have been wonderful but Waterfront Vacation Rentals was terrible and they do not maintain their properties. We rent twice per year for many years and this is our first bad experience. You run the risk of fraudulent charges with this company as they placed an additional charge without cause or notice. When asked, the company employee became belligerent and is unable to justify the charge. Horrible.

Short walk to Caddy's-best place in the world to watch the sunset.

Treasure Island and Sunset Beach are a terrific, eclectic was nice to be a little off the beaten path while still only 5 minutes from st. Petes beach. Neighbours are very welcoming...quiet at night which was partiers! Access to the "tip only" cab service was an outstanding amenity offered by a local St. Petes Beach business. We used it often and they were outstanding. Great option when you want a beverage and want to leave the car parked! Issue#1: Bunkbeds were shaky to the point where the kids did not feel comfortable sleeping in them. Given the bed configuration was a key decision factor given we were a party of seven..very disappointing to have kids sleeping on the floor. Even more disappointing was that the guestbook contained a comment on the bunkbeds dating back to 2011 and clearly the owners didn't react when told of the issue before. Issue#2: When you use the downstairs shower, water leaks out the bottom of the house by the laundry area! So as I am trying to open the laundry door...water is leaking on me!! Issue#3: No grill. We bought one and left it for the owner. Someone can thank us later! Other guests in the neighborhood who were renting had access to grills. Great spot for family of four....if they fix the bunkbeds....6 will work comfortably.

We had to stay one more week in vacation in Florida because my mother was sick. We had to find quickly another place to stay. I wrote to the website asking about this home and I had a quick response and I was able to organize one more week vacation in Florida within 2 days notice. I was a bit affraid of what we would find at the new place since it was organize so fast. We all had a big surprize:the place was nicer than all the other place we have been before. It is very close to the beach, just a short 1 minute walk . Since you have the home for yourself, you can relax and do you what ever you want, nobody to disturb is in a quiet neighborhood. All neighbors have dogs: it is a pet friendly environment. The house was clean and everything inside was working well. They put a book explaining everything you need to know about the place and the neighberhood( phone numbers,internet access number,...). It is near the stores, John's Pass. We had a great time at this home and I would recommand this place to everybody.
