FIRST FLOOR: Grab a seat on the front patio for instant relaxation!
- As you enter, seating in the entry lets you kick off your shoes and welcomes you to your new home away from home.
- There are 3 king bedrooms on the entry level, 2 with en suite bathrooms.
- Behind the bedrooms you will find the comfy coastal living room with seating and a smart TV.
- Off the living room, the sliding glass doors lead you to the private fenced in backyard featuring a pool and grill area with an outdoor dining setup.
- Full shared bathroom is also right off the living room.
- The laundry room features a washer and dryer combo and an additional refrigerator, making it easy to stock your BBQ essentials without carrying them down from the main kitchen.

SECOND FLOOR: Go up the stairs and into modern luxury!
- Step into the ultimate luxury kitchen. The kitchen features KitchenAid ovens and other high-end appliances with abundant counter space. Perfect for meals at home that the whole family can enjoy.
- The open-concept space is also set up with two dining areas: a large table with seating for 8 and a breakfast nook with seating for 6.
- The kitchen island features 4 additional barstools with a large farm sink in the middle.
- The cozy coastal main living area is decorated with the gulf in mind and provides plenty of space to entertain the whole family. Cool nights call for a cozy fireplace - cuddle up for movie night here in the main space.
- As you pass through the living room, you're greeted with a second-floor balcony. Come unwind and take in the gulf views!
- This floor also provides a half bath off the breakfast nook.
- Balancing out the second floor, there is a King bedroom with an en suite and a private balcony for enjoying the salty beach air.

THIRD FLOOR: The last level of this home is a showstopper that will take your breath away!
- The Primary bedroom is a gem - you'll love: private balcony overlooking the water, walk in closet with private washer and dryer combo, seating area with smart tv, and resort like décor will make it hard to get out of bed!
- Primary spa en suite - features a custom walk-in shower with dual shower heads, a spacious soaking tub, and dual vanities, all modernly designed.
- The last bedroom of the home is a fun bunk room featuring 2 bunk beds, fun plush chairs, storage, and an en suite bathroom.
- Rounding out the space is a coffee and cocktail bar. Perfect for morning sips on the balcony.

✨The Essentials. All included in your stay ~
- We provide a starter kit of everything you'll need to kick off your stay: paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry pods, and more.
- The home has both a Keurig and standard drip coffee maker, coffee's on us!
- Premium full-size bath products in every bathroom/kitchen – We provide body wash, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and hand soap. We also provide hair dryers throughout the house, a steamer, and a flat iron in the primary bathroom.
- Bonus! Each floor has its own hot water system. Everyone can get ready at the same time and not have to worry about the hot water!
- Beach gear: we have a wagon, beach toys, and beach towels. 2 chairs & an umbrella set up are complimentary with an option to add on additional during your stay. Additional beach chairs (6) and umbrella are also available in the first-floor closet.
- Outdoor Shower, great for shaking off after a long beach day.

✏️Other things to note:
- Parking: 3-4 spots available to park in the driveway. There is also overflow parking on Crescent St.
- Minimum age: to rent the home is 25.
- Pets: Apologies, no furry friends are allowed at the home. We appreciate your understanding on this.
- Construction: Please note, this home is located in a beautiful new community on Panama City Beach. Due to this, you may experience some construction noise during your stay.
- Wi-Fi: Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi in Panama City Beach. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service that may impact your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
