This high floor one bedroom is comes with a private lanai and a complementary parking. The 32nd-floor unit comes with amazing mountain views and is one block away from the world-famous Waikiki Beach!

Included: Fast free wifi, TV, central AC, full kitchen with appliances, cookware, dishes, and utensils. Great stay for vacation or work from home while enjoy your stay.

Bed size - Cal king size

Sofa bed - 60” by 68”

Beach supplies - beach towels, beach chairs, and a beach umbrella.

Floor Area: Approximately 546 SQ FT

Patio Size: Approximately 67 SQ FT

In Unit:

2. TV - Cable

Amenities:

1. Laundry: Coin operated laundry facilities on each floor.

2. Trash: A few feet away from the unit, there are chutes are located on each floor.

3. Gym: Gym access for guests, the fob is also at the counter. Please hold onto the fob because the replacement cost is $200.

4. Pool/Picnic Area: Open from 9am to 9pm.

5. Mart: There is a convenience store onsite.

The property has 24-hour onsite security is is very safe and welcoming.

NOTE: Parking Update – Effective April 2026

Starting April 2026, we will no longer provide included parking. However, on-site paid parking is available for $45/day, payable directly to the building’s parking management. Prices subject to change, kindly check office/FD for updated rates and terms.

For alternatives, nearby public parking lots are also available.

IMPORTANT: When parking, please be mindful of the `No Backing-in` or `Do not Back in` signs to avoid penalty.
Note: If you have multiple pieces of luggage, I suggest you park on the ground floor loading zone first (located on the right side after you enter the parking structure).

As with any bustling destination, you may occasionally hear the sounds of busy streets and city life.
For added comfort, noise-canceling earplugs can help ensure a restful stay. If you have online meetings or need a quieter environment, noise-canceling headphones can also be useful.

Kindly note: In accordance with Hawaii state law, the Transient Accommodation Tax (TAT) rate will increase from 10.25% to 11% starting January 1, 2026. For reservations after this date, an additional 0.75% tax adjustment will apply. We appreciate your understanding and compliance with this change.
