Perfect location and view

Loved the location! Perfect to do everything by foot. Super beaches all over, walking distance. Super parks as well. Absolutely loved exploring Waikiki and Honolulu! The place is good for 1-2 people- very small, but perfect really for working remotely and vacation. As per cleanliness, the place needs a major spring cleaning. It had been cleaned, but not thoroughly. You can see the dirt under kitchen cabinets and appliances. And walls could use a wash. Biggest downside: the roaches, in the kitchen. Not good. Checking in a bit complicated having to call the tenant ahead of time to meet. He was not very knowledgeable of the place or any info for that matter. Also fire alarm went off twice in a few days, once later at night, 2nd lunchtime. Not a super management of the situation on the first one, the guy managing the building would not talk to us and clearly state that it was a false alarm, we were left to ourselves. 2nd time well taken charge of telling us clearly and repeatedly that it was false alarm. A bit anxious for many days/nights that it would ring again. Stayed in other condos during my stay which were cleaner and no bugs. Makes the difference. But yes would come back again.

The condo was fine for us.. but you shouldn't be someone who loves to cook his own meals, the kitchen's very small, no storage. Plus:There are beachchairs snd a parasol for the beachdays. I'd recommend this condo for young couples that want to be right in the heart of town. Due to the location it's always a bit loud on the lanai (we didn't expect that but you get somehow used to this after some days).

A pleasant balcony to enjoy the views with coffee/wine.Great location easy walking to the beach and into Waikiki. Some exceptional small local eating places very close by. Having stayed in this building previously we knew it was great proximity to shops, beaches, and restaurants. There were no issues with check-in, Barbara met us as soon as we arrived and gave a run-through of the condo. We didn't need to contact her during our stay as there were no issues. The condo is well stocked with everything you could need, even beach chairs! We purchased an umbrella from Walmart and our beach set up was complete. The condo is conveniently located across from the elevator, but there was no noise. The building is very quiet at night. We will book again with Captain Cook and at Waikiki Park Heights.

Wonderful space for our family.

We had the absolute best vacation. Accommodations were perfect for our family of four. Beautiful view and with all the at home necessities. Location was perfect! Short walk to beach, shopping and restaurants. We highly recommend this rental.

Amazing Views

We stayed for a week and enjoyed it very much. The view is way better in person, the pics make the ocean look further away. Its a 2 or 3 block walk to the beach. Restaurants and shopping are all very close by plus the Hys steakhouse is at your doorstep, which we enjoyed on one of our nights and the food and service was amazing. Manager Barbara was very pleasant and generous with us. She was always available and very attentive if needed. We will definitely recommend this condo to anyone and would stay again. If I had to write a con it would be to clean the vents like in bathroom and shower, they were pretty dusty but overall everything else was great and the bed was very comfortable as well as the pull-out couch we used to enjoy the views of ocean and sunset!

Living area is very small so you have to fold the sofa bed back up each day but certainly manageable. Bedroom is on quiet side of the block although this apartment is directly opposite the lift and that does start whizzing up and down from about 6am so can disturb those who like to sleep in. Large grocery store 5min walk and a variety of food trucks next to that for an easy take away feed. Lovely clean and fresh pool decent size for a nice swim. Would definitely come back and stay here if in Honolulu again.

Great location with ocean view

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a small, but very comfortable condominium unit in a great, quiet location with beautiful ocean views. I would recommend it for a maximum of two guests. It is very clean, well provisioned, has a nice big shower, and a very comfortable bed. Although we had a car, we rode the bus a few times, and the bus stops are very close to the building. It is also close to the beach and a grocery market. My only criticisms are that it lacked a comfortable chair in the living area with arms to sit in and the garage parking stall assigned to this unit was tiny and against a wall that made it almost impossible for the driver to get into and out of the car. Also, I thought the price of parking was excessive. The woman who handled my reservations (Lauri Clark) was very friendly and efficient, as was the woman who checked us in (Barbara Sanderson). All in all, I can highly recommend this reasonably priced condo unit as a perfect place to stay in Waikiki.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is somewhat small but very comfortable for TWO people. Using the couch-bed for more than two would severely restrict the size of the living space. It was clean and well maintained, although the AC and bedroom light needed repairs when we arrived; each taken care of in a timely manner. Property manager (Barbara) was always available for any unit-specific questions or problems. Towels and linens are supplied. Fully functional kitchenette with plates, cups,utensils, and drip coffee maker. Easy walking distance to Waikiki beach and to the many places to eat in the near area. It is very close to the Hyatt Regency where many of the tour companies have a transportation pickup location. You must supplement the toilet paper if you use all that is provided. Best places to sit-down eat..Cheesecake Factory and Dukes Lane Market & Eatery (Basalt restaurant); best beer selection, the Yard House, the VERY BEST sorbet/gelato place, Glace, near the Yard House on Lewers St.
