VEUILLEZ NOTER: Du lundi 17 juin 2019 au dimanche 23 juin 2019, le système de climatisation de l’immeuble sera éteint pendant environ 7 à 10 jours lors de l’installation d’un nouveau système. Étant donné que ce projet est sujet à des retards ou à des modifications, une indemnité sera versée aux clients pendant le séjour au lieu de la période précédant le séjour.

Profitez de vues à couper le souffle sur l'océan Pacifique, le parc Kapiolani, Diamond Head et les lumières de la ville depuis ce condo au 36ème étage récemment rénové, avec une chambre (543 pieds carrés plus une véranda avec table et chaises)!

Mother’s Day trip

The lanai has an amazing view. The unit was small but very comfortable. Perfect for 2. It was much quieter at that end of Waikiki especially on the 36th floor. We appreciated the beach towels and beach chairs!

Awesome stay! Views from inside and lanai are better than advertised! Close to beach and and beach walk area. Elevators can take a little longer at times, but the view from high floor is worth it! Would def stay here again

Oahu Condo

This was one of the best experiences I’ve had using VRBO. Everything was exactly as advertised from the check in to the checkout things went smoothly. The views were great and the beach was only two blocks away. Restaurants were a short walk so in the evenings it was easy to get dinner and hang out on the beach for sunset.

The description and photos were spot-on! The location is perfect. Parking on site is a huge benefit. This was our first visit. We will be returning to the island for more work and will stay here again!

As advertised!

Great condo with a beautiful view even better than the photos. Good location an easy walk to the beach. Free parking makes it easy to have a car to drive to other parts of the island. Great communication with property manager. Furnishings and building slightly dated but this did not affect our visit as everything was clean and quite adequate and pros definitely far outweigh this small detriment.

Great location and view!

Very nice place with better than average pool and fitness center. Unfortunately, the building was in the process of being renovated during my stay, so various inconveniences (lack of electricity and swimming pool closure) had to be endured. I'd go back.

incredible views and perfect location!

It's 5 min walk to the beach and walking distance to the restaurants and shops in Waikiki. The room was clean. The shower had good water pressure. Having a washer and dryer on each floor was very convenient. The app for the laundry was easy to use. There are 4 elevators, so we didn't have to wait very long. Staff was very nice and property manager Byron was very helpful. We loved relaxing and eating in the lanai. You can watch surfers catching waves from there. We wish we could stay there longer!

We could walk almost anywhere and it was amazing to have parking included, we were always able to find a spot. The views from the balcony couldn’t get any better and it was amazing to wake up to. The pool area was also nice although only got sun until about 12:00 pm. The property manager was very accommodating and replaced a coffee maker promptly when we asked for it. It’s hard to find a condo like this in Waikiki and would definitely stay here again.

The view and location are the main highlights

The view and location and included parking space were the main highlights of this rental, however suffered from being old and outdated. Being right down the street from the beach was perfect for the family. Good amenities too, the pool was very nice for the family. The unit itself was mostly well equipped but was small and smelly and outdated. The sofa bed was broken. Our original property manager showed up at first but then was unable to be reached, Jean stepped -in in replacement and was great, he made us feel heard and promptly dealt with any issues we had. Thanks Jean! Overall a positive experience with your assistance

Reviewer Comments: We don't regret our stay but we realized that our other stay at a Captain Cook 2 blocks further from beach was better.The layout of this unit is very comfortable for 2 people. Bed is very comfortable.Drawbacks are the first come first serve parking and VERY busy elevators. Plan extra time for the elevator travel. Great kitchen but laundry is shared pay unit.

Check-in process with the property manager was in person, easy and helpful. The unit was clean, comfortable, well stocked and had access to a laundry room down the hall. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. A/C worked great. Plenty of dining options close by. The included parking garage is a real advantage to those who have a rental car. Will rent this unit again on any return trip to Waikiki.
