BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
All adult guests pre-register with their full name and a clear photo ID (face only, white background). Building access is activated once everyone is verified, and the building may ask for photo ID or facial recognition at entry, so please have yours handy at check-in. Only registered adults are permitted.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Waikiki is a lively urban neighborhood. The condo is a quiet corner unit with no adjacent neighbors, but you may hear music from nearby venues in the evenings and occasional building maintenance. We will always pass along building updates as we get them.

Water or power interruptions occasionally happen during building operations, which is outside our control.

Quarterly pest control is required building wide. If your stay overlaps a scheduled service, licensed technicians come through briefly with building staff, and we will give you as much notice as we can.

PARKING
One assigned stall is included, best suited to standard sized vehicles. If you are traveling with a larger SUV, truck or van, nearby public parking may work better.

HOUSE RULES
No smoking inside or near the property. A $1,000 fine applies, and building citations may be escalated to Airbnb.

GOOD TO KNOW
This is a 100% legal, licensed rental. This property may not be rented for less than 30 consecutive days, and rates are not reduced based on how many days the unit is actually occupied.

Lost and Found Reminder*

We, as hosts are not liable for lost, misplaced or forgotten belongings. Please notify us ASAP about left items. We`ll try to locate and return them, but availability or condition of lost belongings isn`t guaranteed.

Guests are responsible for any shipping or transportation costs associated with the return of lost items. Items left unclaimed for a period of 30 days will be subject to disposal or donation, and we will not be held responsible for such actions.
