Cette unité de coin de l'hôtel Aqua Pacific Monarch est au 20e étage. Les vues sont superbes et l'emplacement de l'hôtel est au cœur de Waikiki. De l'entrée de l'hôtel, il est à 500 pieds du sable de la plage de Waikiki. Ma mère de 87 ans avait l'habitude de marcher en 10 minutes. J'ai obtenu le condo pour que mes parents puissent visiter chaque année mais ils ne peuvent plus faire le long voyage à Hawaï. Donc, je loue le condo pour que d'autres puissent le visiter. J'espère que vous apprécierez votre séjour si vous choisissez leur appartement de vacances, mais respectez-le comme un chez-soi loin de chez soi.

Il y a de nombreux restaurants dans le quartier et l'hôtel est proche des lieux de vie nocturne et des magasins. L'hôtel dispose d'une salle de loisirs au dernier étage avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes Ko'olau. La piscine sur le toit et le bain à remous offrent également de superbes vues. Les parties communes de l'hôtel sont propres et soignées. Vous avez accès à toutes les commodités de l'hôtel mais vous n'avez pas à payer les frais d'activité de l'hôtel. Vous ne pourrez pas obtenir de serviettes de plage à la réception mais j'ai des serviettes de plage dans le condo. Je paie le Wi-Fi dans la chambre. Quelques autres commodités mineures de l'hôtel sont uniquement pour ceux qui paient les frais d'agrément tels que le journal quotidien, la navette gratuite pour Ala Moana, des chaises de plage (il y en a souvent dans mon condo laissés par les clients), du café dans la chambre et gratuit entrée à deux musées. Je parie que vous pouvez acheter ces commodités si vous le souhaitez pour beaucoup moins de 25 $ plus taxes par jour.

Il y a une petite mais fonctionnelle cuisine avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour économiser un peu d'argent en mangeant certains de vos repas dans le condo, tous les draps et serviettes sont fournis. Bien sûr, comme il est offert à un prix aussi bas, aucun service de ménage n'est fourni.

Interrogez-moi sur le stationnement. Le Pacific Monarch est un hôtel trois étoiles et pas directement sur la plage. Il y a des endroits plus luxueux mais beaucoup plus chers. Il y a aussi des endroits moins chers, mais pourquoi ne pas avoir une vue sur l'océan à un prix abordable dans un bon emplacement?

Bucket list:

We had a stream less check in, keyless entry to floors, security, property owner, Steve, was fantastic, very prompt answering questions. Close to beach, restaurants and shops. I’d definitely recommend this unit. Only downside was ac but that’s not the fault of owner, he is in the process of getting new, it worked just not able to keep up with Hawaii heat. We loved our stay!

25 Year Anniversary Get Away

This was our 5th trip to Hawaii and Steve’s place was the perfect place to celebrate our 25th Anniversary! The place was very well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen! It was very clean & you cannot beat the view of the beach! We enjoyed our coffee and breakfast on the balcony watching the sunrise and the surfers every morning. Other guests had left beach chairs, umbrellas, beach mats etc…This came in very handy! It was close to some of our favorite restaurants & we found a few new ones close by. Steve was very responsive when I sent a message and answered all our questions. He was a fantastic host! The only drawback is the AC unit is not big enough & has a hard time keeping the place cool, especially in the bedroom. He did have 2 fans in the unit, so that helped tremendously. He is trying to get a second AC unit approved for the bedroom, so hopefully he’ll be able to get that installed. So if you want a fantastic view of the beach, with a kitchen and a very responsive host, this is the place! We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip!

Wonderful place to hang your swimsuit

We stayed for 10 days in Steve’s 1bedroom condo on the 20th floor. The views out the wall to wall windows are stunning whether it’s sunrise or sunset. Kitchen has all you need. Grocery store just down the block. Roof pool great way to either start or end the day. Fireworks visible from the pool deck. Bbq there too.

The Perfect Location

We stayed a total of 7 nights at this location for our vacation. The places is in the perfect spot to visit all of Waikiki by foot and easy access to the beach. It had everything you needed for longer stays and you were in walking distance for plenty of shops and food. The pictures do you do this place justice and it deserves the high rating it has. Steven also had great communication and check in on us during our stay. 10/10 would recommend and stay again

The condo was clean and well equipped with everything you needed to make you feel right at home. The bed was comfortable. The location is perfect. Within walking distance to everything. The owner, Steve, responds to you promptly if you have any questions or concerns. I highly recommend this condo!

Nice Getaway

This location is perfect, just t blocks away from the beach well within walking distance. If there was one negative this to say about this property is the AC unit struggled to keep the unit cool during the day when temps went up a bit, however fortunately for us during our stay we had the trade winds that helped to keep the place cool. Other than that the place was wonderful and would definitely return!! Mahalo Steve!!

Excellent Stay/Ocean view/Great Host

Place is fully stocked in the kitchen and for the beach. Amazing sunsets and ocean view from spacious lanai. Host is very responsive and accommodated late check out. Highly recommend and will return. Central location to everything. Place looks better than in photos with updated laminate flooring and furniture.

Awesome! location, view, clean, perfect space

In the future won’t stay anywhere else! Very clean condo with huge lanai and panoramic views (ocean out every window)! Condo has a great layout and is perfect for 1-2 people- a new couch/ futon was comfortable for sleeping. Owner Steve was in regular contact with us making sure everything was as expected. Condo In a hotel building in Waikiki surf area- best access to beach, shopping and entertainment, great pool and community spaces with friendly and very helpful staff.

Wonderful Stay

We stayed at the property for our honeymoon, and it was the perfect place. The balcony was beautiful to sit out on and watch the sunrise or sunset, and the early surfers hit the waves. It had everything you needed, and the host Steven was great at answering questions and promptly providing suggestions. The property was as listed, and the rooftop pool area was also amazing. The location was perfect for strolling around Waikiki and getting to the beach among other locations. We would definitely recommend this location and try to book here on our next stay.

Great accommodations

I can't say enough about our stay. Best price for our visit to the island. Clean, quiet and well stocked with the essentials. Great location. Great view. Easy check in/out. Friendly staff and clean building. Parking garage available that is connected to building. Owner was very helpful and just a phone call away.

Great condo with great view

This was a nice clean condo with a great view. Even though the building is back from the beach, the unit has a good view of Waikiki beach. The covered lanai is a comfortable place to have a drink, meal, or just watch surfers. We could even see the Friday night fireworks at the other end of Waikiki beach over the buildings in between. Steve was a very communicative host who answered all of our questions promptly. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Waikiki.

Best week ever at the best condo of all time 🤩

This place is PERFECT for 1-2 people! We had everything we needed and more. I’m sure some guests have left some of the hidden treasures that we used during our stay/ and I’m sure people take things as well, so all of these items may not be there in the future. But we were amazed at how well stocked the place was. The bench on the balcony had three chairs, two umbrellas, a shovel, tube, boogie board and a football. The kitchen has a four burner stove and oven, toaster oven, toaster, blender, coffee pot, crockpot, microwave and tons of dishes/cooking pots/ utensils. There was even tinfoil, trash bags, cling wrap, paper towels, dish soap, salt, pepper, sugar, honey, syrup and cinnamon in the cabinets. The place is also fully stocked with towels and beach towels. The rooftop pool, sauna and hot tub are all so nice. It was great when we didn’t want to get sandy at the beach. The view from the condo is INCREDIBLE. Truly waking up there every day felt like a dream. Our first day we saw a rainbow over the skyline and ocean, it’s actually paradise. Best part is the location. So close to everything! We had friends in town and everyone was jealous of the location we were at. Steven was super kind, helpful and easy to work with. We are definitely going to try and book this place in the future.

100% worth every penny

This condo was perfect for my husband and I. The location and balcony view is 10/10. It’s literally 2 mins from the beach! Much closer than I thought from the photos. There’s an amazing poke place right across the street, Waikiki market a block away for groceries and literally everything you imagine within 4 Blocks each way. Bus stops, bike and scooter rentals are within a block or two. Live music a block away at a neat outdoor restaurant pub.. Elevators are fast. Bed is comfy. Zero complaints. We will be returning! Highly recommend. It’s not a huge condo, but it is set up very well with everything you need. We’ll taken care of as well.

Perfect Place to Stay in Waikiki

This rental was just as advertised. Clean, comfortable and close to everything. The views from the 20th floor balcony are amazing. The owner was very responsive to questions and recommended restaurants and activities that all turned out perfect. Will try and rebook when we return. 30th wedding anniversary in paradise!

This property was perfect! Steve was a gem from start to finish! He communicated with us clearly and timely and was always available to help with great suggestions for outings! It is exactly as pictured and described. Very clean with all amenities needed for comfort. Maybe, a bit dated; however, we would take clean and comfortable and a good host over "modern decor" anytime. Perfect for a couple. The views are breathtaking! The location was perfect as we could walk everywhere. The location was central Waikiki. We could not have asked for a better place to stay for our 30th wedding anniversary! Thank you Steve for making our trip a great lasting memory!

Awesome condo. Steve is the best

The views are wonderful. This was our first time to stay in a condo, after 29 times of staying in hotels, and we are glad we stayed here! Will most definitely stay here again next visit. Steve was very kind and gracious to work with. Would highly recommend staying here. Short walk to Waikiki Beach. Several choices close by for food. Loved sitting on the lanai every evening, enjoying the tropical breezes with the awesome view. Mahalo Steve!

Slice of Heaven

My husband and I stayed in this condo for 2 weeks for our honeymoon. We could not have loved it more. The check in and check out process was so easy thanks to Steven’s timely and clear communication. The condo was in pristine condition when we arrived. The best part for us was the fact that it had EVERYTHING we needed. Toaster, coffee maker, beach chairs and umbrella - you name it, the condo had it ready. It was so nice to save money on meals by cooking at the condo or not having to rent chairs/umbrellas on the beach. The location is within walking distance of anything you could need in Waikiki. It is a block away from 2 restaurants we absolutely loved and returned to multiple times. It is 2 blocks from the beach and the view of the ocean from the lanai and windows is breathtaking. And the best part of all: the price to stay at this condo is unbeatable. My husband and I will absolutely be staying here again in the future.
