The holiday area is located approx. 1km above the village, free from through traffic or disturbing everyday noise. This is the ideal place to find peace and relaxation in all seasons.

The garden is deliberately kept close to nature, the rear part of the property is woodland-like. There is a terrace with a pergola on the south side so that you can enjoy the sunshine. There is also a small pond, so please take care if you are travelling with small children.

The bright, friendly holiday home is in very good, renovated condition and is fully furnished. All rooms are tiled and the windows have external shutters. From the living room you can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view through the almost continuous window front on the south side. In summer you can enjoy the sun on the terrace almost all day - or the shade under the pergola, in winter the fireplace invites you to cosy hours. The new, modern kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, microwave, Senseo coffee pod machine and dishwasher is very well equipped. You will find all essential cooking utensils (pots, pans, bowls, small utensils, spices) as well as cutlery and crockery for at least 6 people and various glasses (in addition to drinking glasses, white and red wine glasses, champagne glasses, etc.). WLAN and Internet at VDSL speed are available in the house and on the terrace!

In Lissendorf there is a bakery, a small grocery shop, a pharmacy and several restaurants with home-style cooking. Lissendorf also has its own railway station. Within a few minutes you can reach neighbouring villages with large supermarkets, chemists, doctors and some highly recommended restaurants. The beautiful Eifel landscape invites you to go hiking and cycling/mountain biking from the front door (hiking maps are available in the house).
