The holiday apartment is on the first floor of a residential house, with access via stairs.
The apartment features an 8m² terrace with a table and chairs and a parasol. The sea view stretches from Letojanni to Taormina.
The studio provides a room of around 20m² with a kitchen corner and a double bed with a Latex mattress. There are also bedside tables and a wardrobe. The living room has a dining table with chairs and satellite TV. A well-equipped kitchen corner completes the studio, along with a bathroom with shower. The studio is air conditioned.
The sea is about 400 metres from the apartment and within easy walking distance. The centre with supermarkets, a bar, restaurants and a pub is about 250 metres away. The bus stop is about 300m away and the train station 800m. The apartment is ideally located for trips to Taormina, Etna, the Alcantara caves, Naxos Gardens, Catania and many other places.
