This is a very prestigious, quiet, family neighborhood that has a tight-knit community and lots of neighborhood chatter (Facebook groups) so please be respectful of that and understand that our neighbors do watch out for each other.

A large, bright entryway greets you when you walk through the beautiful leaded glass door. To your right is a formal dining room that seats 8 comfortably. The huge kitchen is fully stocked and has a sizable island with 3 barstools. Open concept allows for you to prepare a gourmet meal while still interacting with your friends and family in the living room. Beside the refrigerator is a lighted wine cabinet with its own sink. There is a smaller informal dining room off to the side that also seats 6 comfortably. Attached to the kitchen is a laundry room with its own sink and plenty of space for bags. Off the kitchen hall is a convenient half bath. Enjoy the huge sectional in the living room which also has a smart TV, gas fireplace and skylights as well as a door leading out onto the back patio where you'll find an outdoor dining table for 6, an outdoor sectional and outdoor TV. The in-ground pool (closed from Labor Day until Memorial Day) is absolutely stunning with light and rock-feature fountain. Full privacy fence around backyard.
Back inside, a 2nd living room has been turned into a game room with a brand new pool table and a small sofa for relaxing. The 1st floor primary suite is off to the side of the house for great privacy. The room includes a King bed, a smart TV, 2 sitting chairs and room darkening curtains. In the bathroom there are his/hers closets, a jacuzzi tub, large walk in shower and double sinks with a make up vanity to sit at. Up the staircase, you'll find 3 spacious bedrooms, each with a queen bed and smart TV. There is a full bathroom upstairs with a tub/shower. Another room holds a private office with dimmable lighting and ceiling fan for those who need to work remotely.

To recap: this home has 1 king bed, 3 queen beds, 2 1/2 bathrooms, a formal dining room, an informal dining room, Living room with sectional, game room with small sofa and laundry room and office. Guests do not have garage access.

Pool does not have lifeguard or fence and you swim at your own risk. Pool is closed after Labor Day.
NO street parking. Only 6 vehicles are permitted and ALL must be in the driveway.
