The house was well appointed, very clean, with comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces. The host was super responsive and helpful. We definitely enjoyed our stay for a conference in Tulsa and would highly recommend this property!

Beautiful, spacious, and warm home that is extremely well stocked. The location is absolutely amazing. It close to all the good restaurants/stores and just 1/2 mile from the Philbrook Museum of Art. The communication with the owner was terrific. Could not have been a better experience!

We spent three weeks at Gail’s property while having work done on our home in the neighborhood, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Gail was wonderful to work with, both accommodating and communicative. The location was ideal for us, and would be likewise for anyone from out of town. It’s a stone’s throw from the Gathering Place, a stroll to shops and restaurants, and a short drive to downtown Tulsa and all its offerings. The property is spacious, well-appointed, and private. And the pool was nice to have on hot early autum days. Thanks Gail!

This property is spectacular! Gail was very attentive and communicative throughout the entire process. The home is beautiful, fully stocked and has an ambiance unmatched in any other VRBO is the area. Each bedroom created a warm welcoming environment that is clean and comfortable. There is plenty of space for family and friends and there are several areas to gather based on the conversation or group you want to be with. The kitchen is excellent with professional grade stove, stove top and fridge. The pool, patio and deck is another area that is inviting and comfortable. We look forward to returning in the future.

What a beautiful property situated in the heart of Midtown Tulsa. We stayed here for a bridal shower/bachelorette weekend, and the home was absolutely perfect. We are already planning our next get-together at the same house. The pool and outdoor spaces were perfect. The inside of the home is tastefully decorated and has everything you could possibly want in a rental plus more. The kitchen is a chef’s dream if you are into cooking. Gail is very communicative and avaiable during the entire stay. This was by far our favorite vacation house.

This home is beautiful and very comfortable. Plenty of room and the pool and backyard were so great to relax in. When they say Oasis, they mean it. Lovely neighborhood which is so quiet, and so close to many great attractions, restaurants, shops, etc. Check in was an absolute breeze, and the hostess was incredible - available anytime if needed. Definitely a 5-star stay and highly recommend! Thank you so much Gail!

Beautiful Neighborhood and Wonderful Host

This home is wonderful and located in a beautiful neighborhood. The location is perfect and literally next door (5 minute walk) to the Tulsa Riverfront Trails and Gathering Place. Gail is THE most responsive host ever. The home had a minor maintenance issue that delayed our move in. Gail reserved a table and paid for a remarkable dinner at a local Italian restaurant. This was super nice of her to do! Thank you again Gail!! The home and pool was in tip-top shape when we were able to move in. Highly recommend this home if you want to stay in a beautiful neighborhood and home that is near some of Tulsa's most popular attractions.

Excellent location! Everything went smoothly. The home is well equipped and very nicely thought out for visitors. We had a wonderful time. We had two teenagers with us, and they loved the house and enjoyed the pool. The bedrooms are all upstairs. I would not recommend this home if you are traveling with small children, have vision challenges, or are in a wheelchair or need to use a walker. The home is beautifully decorated, but the pictures don’t accurately depict the surroundings. The home is not as open and free flowing as one might think when they look at the pictures.

We want to go back to this perfect vacation spot!

We drove 20 hours from California, spent a week in Oklahoma visiting my son and grandchildren ages 7-16, along with my parents from Colorado and we couldn't have found anything more more perfect than this! Every nook and cranny of this home is stunning, with a homey and inviting feeling from the minute we walked through the door, absolutely perfect location for walking to The Gathering Place, literally right across the street! We had a blast in the pool and enjoyed cooking together in the gorgeous kitchen. We didn't want to leave and can't wait to book another trip! Gail responds to every question and the house is more equipped than any other VRBO I have stayed in, with pool towels, bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc. in every bathroom, a well organized kitchen, and just about anything else you could ask for. Thank you Gail!

Amazing Villa in Tulsa

The property and neighborhood are certainly amazing and as advertized. However, it was the little things that made this rental amazing. There were blackout shades on all the windows which made nap times with kids a breeze. They had knives that actually cut, lots of kitchen/cooking utensils, and the house was stocked with some snacks as well (like a little hotel minibar). Additionally, the list to leave was very manageable and similar to a hotel so it didn't feel like you were doing half of the house cleaning before you left. This is absolutely a 10/10 rental.

Two Weeks in Tulsa

We had a great time staying at Gail's Tulsa house. The house was very clean, stocked with everything you'd need for a short-term stay, and in a great location. If we had a question, Gail was accessible and communicated back to us almost immediately. Great place, we will be back!

Gem in Tulsa

Our family enjoyed our Easter vacation in this beautiful home. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the Gathering Place and with convenient access to amenities. Gail is a wonderful communicator and extremely helpful. The house was well appointed and even included Easter goodies for the children. Gail goes above and beyond to make you feel at home! We enjoyed it so much we requested to extend our stay, so thankful she could accommodate us!

Thanksgiving Gathering

The house was beautiful, inside and out. The large kitchen and double-oven were perfect for cooking a turkey and ham simultaneously, along with all of the holiday fixings. Gail added a special touch with fall decor throughout the house. Would definitely recommend!

A sanctuary during a sad time

I came home to Tulsa to say goodbye to my beloved father. My brother and daughter joined me. It was a relief to be able to retreat to this lovely home in the middle of a beautiful midtown neighborhood and just reminisce and grieve.
