👑Bedrooms and Bathrooms
The medieval themed bedrooms are located on the second and third stories accessed by dual staircases. Each unique themed bedroom is adorned with premium linens, blackout curtains, sound machines, lamps/side tables with usb/easy access plug ins and smart TV's. The second story has two bedrooms both with king-sized beds, their own private seating areas and ensuite bathrooms. The third story has two additional bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the other room has two twin-sized beds plus a pull out twin trundle.

The bathrooms are designed for comfort and function. The main level has one half bathroom. The second story has two ensuite bathrooms. The primary ensuite bathroom has a soaking tub, walk in shower and dual sinks. The secondary ensuite bathroom has a walk in shower and single sink. The third story bathroom is shared by the bedrooms on this level and has a walk in shower and single sink. All of the bathrooms are stocked with complimentary toiletries, hair dyers and magnifying mirrors.

An elliptical, kettle bells and yoga mat are located on the 2nd story.

👑Kitchen, Dining and Living Rooms
The kitchen and two dining areas offer room to host a royal feast. The kitchen is outfitted with all the cookware, dishes, utensils, spices, dishwasher pods, coffee bar, and appliances you will need. The kitchen dining/game table seats four and the expansive dining table seats eight. After feasting, guests can enjoy playing board games or a round of shuffleboard or foosball. The living room provides ample seating with thrones fit for a king and queen. The living room has a 70in flat screen TV, Nintendo Switch docking station and bluetooth speaker.

👑The laundry room has a washer/dryer with washing machine pods. It also has 2 wall mount bicycle racks for safe indoor bike storage and multiport plug in/usb for charging your bike accessories. Wall jumbo connect 4, 32" arcade game table and hook ring game for your entertainment complete the space.

👑Outdoor Courtyard
While there are plenty of outdoor activities nearby, you can unwind in the private castle courtyard complete with a 6-person hot tub, tv, natural gas grill and fire pit, cornhole boards with lights, bluetooth speaker and a kid's play castle and mini golf. Dine al fresco under the shaded gazebo dining area or sip coffee under the ambient string lights.

Little knights will ignite their imagination as they explore the hidden nooks like the royal tower with balcony, under stairs play kitchen, baseboard fairy doors, animated broom and castle themed toys. For their safety and enjoyment we provide: high chair, pack n' play, radio flyer wagon, plastic dishes, retractable safety gates mounted at the top and bottom of every staircase, grip stair treads, baby bath, sound machines and blackout curtains in every bedroom.

We take extra measures to sanitize ALL bedding. All mattresses and pillows are covered with waterproof and bed bug proof encasements. Our cleaners provide time stamped photo/video recordings before and after every cleaning.

The home is stocked with starter rolls of paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, trash bags and coffee pods. You will be responsible for supplying these items after the initial stock runs out.

Your safety matters. This property is equipped with a Ring camera and a Ring video doorbell with audio capabilities situated at the exterior of the house. The cameras will be actively recording the following areas throughout the duration of your reservation:
-street in front of the house, front lawn, entrance to the property, driveway
Please be assured that the cameras are configured to respect your privacy in the backyard and do not have visibility into any interior spaces.

Designated and marked owners closets/cabinets are to remain locked and untampered by all guests.
