Walking into the condo is breathtaking with the windows!!! Overall our trip was perfect here. The unit feels as if everything is new, and well stocked bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen. The location on the Cumberland River is so sweet. The boats going by were so fun! The train is directly beside the building and is low speed and no horn as far as we could tell, so that is not an issue. The location is great, about a mile from Broadway, we ubered. Walking the neighborhood was fun exploring, we ubered back at night just to be cautious. The speaker provided in the living room is so GOOD for our fellow music lovers and the common space is cozy.our biggest issue was figuring out the entry and parking. We did not realize where the keypad was , it is a simple black touch pad as you pull in the upper drive to park. Simply block the sun with your hand and touch the screen. There is a dedicated space BUT it is for small compact cars not full size. There is only one visitors parking space that is full size if you want to park in the garage. Otherwise the covered parking at the condos is suitable and seemed just fine. Overall would definatley stay again.

There are a few guest parking spots available (in addition to our dedicated spot), and guests are also welcome to park at the building next door if needed, which tends to make things easier for larger vehicles.

This property is a very nice 2 bedroom apartment that was a short walk to down town Nashville with beautiful views of the river and a nice little balcony. We rented it on July 4th and we had spectacular views of the fireworks from the balcony without having to fight the 400,000 people crowds that were reported in the news. The neighborhood was quiet and the designated garage parking space was a huge bonus! Check in was at 4 pm but we were able to park early and walk downtown while waiting for 4pm to arrive. Our host was super responsive and always answered back to our questions very quickly which I felt was very helpful. Overall wonderful stay for our country’s 250 anniversary!

We enjoyed our stay but I do want to note a few issues. Due to an error on their list or misunderstanding the unit #, We had a cleaner come into the unit unannounced twice, which was startling as it’s a condominium unit and the door opens to the outside. There was also a significant smoke or mildew smell in the unit, which we just discovered is still in all of the clothing we brought. I notified the host and they offered to bring an ozone machine, which would have required us to evacuate. They then brought deodorizer but it was not effective. We did appreciate that they offered a refund of our cleaning fee due to the issues. All of that said, it’s in a great location. We enjoyed seeing the train, boats and even airplanes go by, none of which was loud. The unit was mostly clean and our daughter loved the bunk beds. The host was communicative around the issues we have. If they can get the smell remedied, I would definitely recommend this place.

We've addressed the mistake with our team to ensure it doesn't happen again. We're also sorry to hear about the odor you experienced. Cleanliness is of utmost importance to us, which is why we responded immediately by offering multiple solutions, including an ozone treatment and deodorizers. Since your stay, we have not noticed or received any additional reports of an odor in the unit, so it must have originated from another unit in the building rather than ours.
