Our lovely 2-bedroom condo is perfect for your escape to Nashville! With 2 king beds and 2 renovated bathrooms, this ground floor property offers a cozy living room with a sofa bed for extra space.

*Located on 1st Ave on the water, enjoy relaxing views of the river! Just walk out the front door to the greenway walking trail to access all that Nashville has to offer, including world-famous Broadway and honky-tonk bars and nightlife!

*20 minute walk or a cheap Uber/Lyft/taxi to Broadway, Rymean Theater, etc! On a recent Friday night, a standard Uber to Broadway was $7.99, while an XL for 6 people was $17.

*Two blocks to Germantown and the baseball stadium; walk to Jonthan's Grille (sports bar), Social Cantina, Toastique, Third and Home sports bar, Tailgate Brewery, Far Better Distillery, and more!

*FREE ONSITE PARKING! Parking is safe and covered.

Great view, quite comfortable. Unit above us sounded like a jazzercise class but quiet late at night. Cleaning crew was average. Good communication from host. Would stay again.

We had a great stay at this property. Property manager was very nice and accommodating. Great layout to the unit and very walkable to the main attractions. Pool was great too. Would definitely recommend staying here. Loved being on the river. Thanks so much for everything!

We had a great week at this Nashville property. The free parking is fantastic, pool was very nice especially for our super warm October week and view of the river was interesting and lovely. The location is quiet but is a bit of a walk to Broadway. We didn't mind the distance but did plan our return trip home in the dark to avoid the area just beside the river....

Communication with Kimberly was top notch! Nice place, but could use a good cleaning, and a few updates. Beds were comfortable! Pool was a bit of a walk, but nice! Walk to Broadway was a bit far for us, but definitely doable!

Comfortable Stay

Great location. Can walk to many attractions or take a quick ride-share. The covered parking was convenient, especially since we drove in from out of town and needed 2 spots. The bathroom situation could be a bit awkward with 2 couples staying there, but it worked for us.

The property was not clean. It smelled like mold, and the kitchen appliances looked smeared. I used antibacterial wipes on the stove and it was not clean either. The listing said the bathrooms were newly renovated yet there was chipped tile all over the floor of the main shower , a broken mirror in the shower and overall grimy feeling to them.

Nashville get away

The condo was great. Very clean! Kim was very responsive. About an 18 min walk to all the fun! Walk was very well lit! The pool was nice to have since it was hot all week! Would definitely stay there if we come back to Nashville!

Kim was a great host - clean, well stocked condo, came as advertised. Location was close to everything whether you walk or Uber/Lyft. Kim was very responsive to our needs, we highly recommend and will be back!

Condo was as advertised, perfect for 2 couples. Very clean and close to Broadway and the Grand Olde Opry. Definitely take a look at this one!

Would stay here again! Has everything you need.My spouse has bad knees, so we did not do much walking.We used taxi's, etc. Bring extra money, if you will be usingfor transportation also.

Very nice accommodations. Hadn’t been there in a couple years. Truly enjoyed all the entertainment downtown. Condo was very accommodating, with everything you need. Was pleasant watching the wildlife and boats on the river.. would highly recommend.

Fun Trip

This condo was a great place to stay in Nashville. Perfect for two couples. Easy to get downtown as well as jump on the highway to check out other attractions. Condo was comfy and a perfect place to unwind after a busy day. Had a chance to meet Kim when checking in. She personally takes care of the upkeep of her condo. Looking forward to our next trip to Nashville. Would stay here again.

We love to travel, and regularly roam throughout the US, Caribbean, and Europe. New Orleans is one of our favorite cities, and we are even part of a Mardi Gras krewe!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We love that it's a very easy walk to restaurants, bars, and the baseball field in Germantown! It's also a longer walk, lime scooter, or short Uber to all that Broadway has to offer!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We love being on the river!! Watching the boats (and party pontoons!) go by is so relaxing. Plus, we've got friendly woodchucks by the river who enjoy coming over for snacks!
