This holiday flat is located in Falesia, in between Albufeira and Vilamoura, about 2 km from Olhos de Agua. Enjoy a holiday away from mass tourism. The holiday flat is quietly located in Pine Sun Park, about 400 meters from the beach.

The south east facing balcony offers views over the pool and is furnished with chairs, a sun shade, a barbecue and lighting. Parking in the underground garage can be reserved upon request. There is plenty of parking at the complex. The complex is fenced in and under security surveillance. There are two community pools, including a kiddie pool. Sun loungers are at your disposal (cushions are kept in the apartment). During the main season, there is a kiosk offering snacks and drinks at the pool. There is also a miniature golf course and a playground in the complex. The reception will happily provide you with the details. It is also where you can pick up the clubs for the miniature golf.

The level access apartment is located on the ground floor. The 72 m² apartment is bright, spacious and offers modern amenities. All rooms have been equipped with sun protecting windows and curtains, making air conditioning obsolete. The fully furnished kitchen is equipped with a spacious refrigerator with a separate large freezer compartment, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a ceran stove, an oven and a coffee maker. There is also a small dining nook. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (150cm x 190 cm) and a wardrobe and has an ensuite bathroom. A child's travel cot is available at no charge. The spacious bathroom, in the bedrooms, boasts a shower tub, a bidet, a sink with a large mirror and a toilet. The second, separate bathroom boasts a shower, a sink with a mirror, a closet, a hairdryer and a toilet. The large, bright living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed (200 cm x 200 cm) for two adults or three children. There is also a flatscreen television and an extendable dining table.

Shops, cafes, bars and restaurants can be found about 100 meters from the complex. It is 6 km to Albufeira, accessible on public transport. Falesia is in one of the most beautiful regions around Albufeira with the most beautiful, long beaches. Enjoy walking along the beach, take a bicycle ride or enjoy paragliding - sporting activities abound. Bicycles can be rented in the neighbouring town.

Adjacent to the complex is a tennis court, which you can book in the adjacent hotel. The immediate neighbours are the two 5 star hotels Pine Cliffs Sheraton and Epic Sana. Information on activities and destinations in the vicinity can be provided by the office staff. The staff speaks Portuguese, English and Spanish. The owners also will happily any questions that may arise during your stay.
