We actually have extra bath towels and washcloths stocked in both the bathroom cabinets and the laundry room for guest use. Our cleaning supplies are typically stored under the kitchen sink and in the bathroom cabinets, but it sounds like a few were left out this time. Sincere apologies for the dirty utensils and the misplaced supplies—our cleaner rushed to ensure the property was ready for your early check-in, but she must have overlooked those details. We have always taken cleanliness very seriously, so it was disappointing to hear that our standard was missed during your stay. We reviewed this directly with our cleaning team at the time to ensure those details were handled properly moving forward. Regarding your other points, we intentionally keep bedrooms TV-free so guests can disconnect and gather in the main living space, though we understand that comes down to personal preference. The primary bedroom closet is kept locked for host supply storage, but we make sure alternative clothing storage options are available. We also regularly update our photos to ensure the home is accurately represented, so we were sorry if anything felt unexpected. We sincerely apologize for those issues and wish you all the best in your future travels.
