Our stay was fabulous! Ann was super communicative during our process (before, during, after). The home had ample supplies, space, and everything we needed! It was a great accommodation for our family event and would highly recommend for anyone in the area - you might even see some wildlife!

Wedding Bliss

AMAZING! LOVED everything about this property. Truly home away from home. Needed a place to accommodate our adult children and their significant others for our daughter’s wedding in Round Rock/Georgetown. The home was fully stocked with anything and everything we needed and didn’t realize we needed. The pool was definitely an added plus. Enjoyed this property to the fullest. Highly recommend.

Relaxing

The home provided an excellent environment for the children, featuring numerous games, ample space, and a basketball hoop in the parking area. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the sight of deer grazing in the grassy area contributed to a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere

Relax and unwind

Spacious and clean, neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. Plenty of space around the house for 7 adults to watch tv, chat, play games, read books. Fully stocked kitchen worked great for us because we love to cook on cacat

Great Property - Read Fine Print

Was a great property overall; however, read the fine print. There was a “property manager” that we didn’t know lived on site until we received the welcome texts regarding how to get into the house, etc. Also, in their book they had at the house, they stated parties must be “pre approved, or will be charged a fee,” even though it says parties are welcome in the listing, with no mention of “pre approvals.” Just be up front and honest with your guests is all I ask. Beautiful home, and great pool time. Pros: pool, kitchen, beds, house is nice, on landCons: property manager on site, none of the speakers in the house actually worked, hidden “rules”

Amazing

We have rented 15+ homes over the past 5+ years, and this has been the best overall experience. The home and property were clean, comfortable, spacious, quiet... AMAZING. And the owner, Ann, was just so gracious and helpful. If we rent in the Austin area, this will be our first and, hopefully, only choice.

I live full time in Cedar Park. I grew up in Michigan and my husband is a huge Michigan University football fan. We have three grown children who are all married. I have two grandchildren; one girl and one boy and they were born 8 weeks apart. I love spending time with family and I love being host because I enjoy meeting and talking to new people. I love decor and making my homes amazing to visit!

This property is unique because you are not in close proximity to other neighbors. There are horses that roam behind this home as well as many deer that you will see while visiting. Lots of privacy but yet super close to all shopping, restaurants and activities.
