This upper-level downtown loft offers a spacious, comfortable layout designed for relaxing after a day exploring Charlevoix. The open living area features vaulted ceilings, large windows, and plenty of seating, creating a bright and welcoming space to gather, unwind, or watch TV. Sliding doors lead directly to the private balcony overlooking Bridge Street—perfect for people-watching, morning coffee, or evening drinks.

The fully equipped kitchen includes ample counter space, full-size appliances, and bar seating, making it easy to prepare meals or snacks at home. The adjacent dining and living areas flow together, ideal for groups spending time together.

The loft includes three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Two bedrooms feature comfortable king beds, while the third bedroom offers two twin beds—great for kids or additional guests. Bathrooms are clean, spacious, and well-stocked for short or extended stays. A washer and dryer are also included for added convenience.
