Enjoy a stay in this recently redecorated two-bedroom waterfront condo—perfect for a relaxing getaway in downtown Charlevoix. This inviting unit features a main bedroom with a king-size bed and a loft bedroom with an additional king-size bed, along with two full bathrooms, including one with a walk-in shower for added convenience. The living room also includes a queen-size sleeper sofa, making it easy to accommodate additional guests.

The open-concept living space offers a full kitchen equipped with a full-size refrigerator, four-burner cooktop, dishwasher, and microwave—ideal for preparing meals during your stay. The layout provides a comfortable and functional setting for gathering, dining, and unwinding.

Step out onto the private balcony and enjoy scenic waterfront views as boats glide in and out of Round Lake—an ideal place to relax and take in the surroundings.

Located at the Edgewater Inn on the north shore of Round Lake Harbor and the Pine River Channel, this condo offers prime drawbridge views and a central downtown location. You’ll be just a short walk from Charlevoix’s finest dining, beaches, shopping, and galleries, making it an excellent choice for a short getaway, extended vacation, or even a wedding celebration.

Awesome stay

My aunt and I stayed at the condo for a wedding at Shanahan's Barn. The condo was in an awesome location. It was a 7 minute drive to the barn. Very friendly at check in. I would recommend this place to people.

Comfortable Stay

We found this condo very comfortable for our family of 4. It was updated and clean, had a full size refrigerator and dishwasher, and the fireplace was a real treat in the rainy cold March weather. The upstairs loft has a door so we all had privacy. The kids loved the pool, and we loved the balcony rocking chairs with view of the water.

A beautiful home away from home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was absolutely amazing. From start to finish everyone was so nice and polite beautiful rooms very clean very well up kept I love the look of the water. We even got to watch the boat go through the channel and the bridge come up which was fun and the kids loved it.
