La suite de luxe avec vue sur le lac est située dans un bâtiment historique au cœur du centre-ville de Charlevoix. Passez juste devant votre porte et accédez à de bons restaurants, galeries, boutiques, marina, concerts à East Park et plus encore.

La suite avec vue sur le lac est une suite de 1700 pieds carrés récemment rénovée avec trois chambres (2 lits queen et 2 lits jumeaux). La suite a deux entrées - une de Bridge Street au cœur du quartier commerçant et une de Bridge Park Drive à quelques pas de la marina de Charlevoix.

Avec de hauts plafonds et un mur de verre de 16 pieds, vous pouvez regarder le lever du soleil sur le magnifique lac Round tout en dégustant votre tasse de café du matin. La terrasse meublée privée de 20 "x 20" avec barbecue à gaz offre un espace de vie unique avec une vue exceptionnelle sur le lac Round et la marina. Asseyez-vous et profitez de regarder les bateaux aller au lac Michigan et à la marina. La suite Lake View est à une courte distance en voiture de Castle Farms, ce qui en fait un emplacement privilégié pour les réceptions nuptiales et les hébergements familiaux

Condo was very nice and is in a convenient downtown location. We had a couple of minor issues during our stay, however Joan was very responsive and they were resolved quickly. Highly recommend this condo!

Annual Charlevoix family trip!

This is the 2nd time we have rented this property, it’s our favorite spot in Charlevoix. Beautiful views of Round Lake and you walk out front door into the heart of Bridge Street downtown. We are already booked for 2025 trip, Joan is wonderful to work with!!

Wonderful Charlevoix Stay

We’ve rented various places in and around Charlevoix, and Joan’s Lakeview Luxery Suite is one of our best rental experiences. Unlike some other listings, the pictures posted are accurate and met expectations. The suite is large, clean, and well appointed. The location is convenient and easily within walking distance to casual and fine dining restaurants, as well as numerous shopping opportunities. The views of Round Lake are phenomenal, and we spent a lot of time on the deck (complete with automated awning) just enjoying the the sites and sounds of the marina. Persons with accessibility concerns may find access to the suite challenging, as it is only accessible by stairs. As you are downtown, which is one of the perks, renters should also be prepared that this perk comes with some street noise from being downtown, as well as the light and smells that come from being near street lights and restaurants. That being said, such issues definitely did not detract from our experience, and we would definitely consider returning here for future trips to the region.

Lakeview in Charlevoix

Perfect location to fully enjoy Charlevoix! Property was just as described. We could walk anywhere we wanted to go while on vacation here. We had a couple of issues which mgt attended promptly. Kitchen is large and nicely stocked and does also have a Keurig which I think is helpful to know. The TV and Sony soundbar posed some challenge (so MUCH capability and SO many remotes), but we weren't really there for that so it didn't negatively impact our vacation. The bathrooms are very nicely appointed and the owners suite bath in particular is large and comfortable and offers a tub--which I especially appreciated. We'll definitely try to stay here again. A minor issue was the dressers in the main bedroom are quite old and worn and one of the them is losing it's bottom drawer making it a little challenging to get clothes in and out. Did not detract from our experience though!

Best location!!

We had such a great stay in the Lakeview Suite! The very best location for shopping, restaurants, mushroom houses, and a short walk to see the sunset at the Charlevoix lighthouse. We hardly used our car at all. The condo is spacious, comfortable, and clean-with everything you need. The only thing that needs improvement is the primary bedroom mattress….but the other rooms beds were super comfortable! I will definitely stay here again when visiting Charlevoix-I wouldn’t even look for any other place:)

Annual trip to Charlevoix the Beautiful

My family has been vacationing in Charlevoix for 20+ years. Joan's condo is the best experience we've ever had there! By far the best location in town for a family to enjoy everything Charlevoix has to offer. Joan was extremely helpful & easy to communicate with. We look forward to coming back in 2024!!

Perfect Place to Play and Relax

This is our second time renting this wonderful condo, and we plan to rent again and again. The location is convenient and the view of Lake Charlevoix is spectacular. If you’re an early riser, the sunrise is just beautiful. Also, the host was so easy to work with. Activities, restaurants, and beaches are within walking distance. The condo is well equipped and very comfortable. Our family enjoyed every minute of great weather, beautiful water, and great food, of course, friendly people. Can’t wait to go back!

Great visit

This was our first time using VRBO so I was a little hesitant. Joan made it easy and communicated well throughout the entire stay. This location is AMAZING! There are a lot of stairs to climb which was a little harder on my 76 year old mom but we did our best to minimize trips up and down for her. We will definitely be back!

The Sweet Spot! Couldn't have been more pleased. Right in the middle of everything with a perfect view of Round Lake and the marina, mere steps to dozens of shops, restaurants and fun things to do and see. Joan is a wonderful host! Had one small glitch at the start of our stay and her team was on it - fully resolved in a couple of hours. Wonderful property with every amenity. Gonna miss it badly - every morning around 9:30 the sun turns Round Lake into an enormous chandelier with 10,000 twinkles. Just magic!

A few years ago, I visited some friends who have a vacation home in Charlevoix. I fell in love with the town and it's people. The fact it was August and I was coming from a long, hot, humid summer in the South might have had something to do with it.

However, I have been to Charlevoix in the middle of winter and still love it!

The view and location- I could spend hours watching the lake from the deck.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

I've always wanted to live downtown where I could walk to restaurants, bars, shopping, farmer's market, groceries, movie theater. The Lake View Suite is just such a place.

And Charlevoix is a charming - almost magical- place.
