The house is in a beautiful spot about 1.5km above Flattach. Owing to the optimal location there is hardly a day when you are not greeted by the sun in the morning.

The ground-level exit leads to the sunny terrace and you can really enjoy the peace and quiet in the big garden, with plenty of garden furniture, deckchairs, a round bench and a lovely pergola, where you can gather with friends or family.
