Set above our two-car garage with a private entrance, this space blends historic surroundings with modern comfort — ideal for couples, solo travelers, and remote professionals.



The loft sits on a property originally built in the late 1700s, offering beautiful views of the South Mountains and a quiet, rural feel while remaining close to major attractions.



Inside, you’ll find a bright, open-concept layout designed for comfort and ease. The sleeping area features hotel-quality white linens, a linen duvet cover, two pillows per guest, and a mattress protector for a clean, restful night’s sleep. Warm lighting, bedside lamps on both sides, and a dimmable ceiling fan with light create a relaxing atmosphere.



The living area includes comfortable seating, a Smart TV with easy HDMI access, and fast, reliable Wi-Fi — perfect for streaming or working remotely. A dedicated workspace with desk, chair, and lighting makes the loft truly work-ready.



The kitchenette is well-equipped for light meals and extended stays, featuring a small refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, plates, glasses, and silverware, and a beverage station. Enjoy coffee with complimentary pods, a hot water carafe, tea assortment, creamer, sugar, bottled water, seltzers, and local treats — all thoughtfully stocked for your arrival.



The full private bathroom is stocked with plush towels (bath, hand, washcloths), two bath mats, and essentials for a comfortable stay.



A smart lock with keypad allows for seamless self check-in, and clear arrival instructions make getting settled easy. Outdoor seating is available during the warmer months, providing a relaxing spot to enjoy the peaceful setting.



Important Notes



This is a loft space, and the ceiling is lower over the bed area. Most guests have plenty of headroom when sitting up, but taller guests should be mindful when getting in and out of bed.



We live on the property, and the garage below the loft is in weekday use. You may occasionally hear the garage door open around 7:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., as well as at other times.



Two friendly dogs — a Sheepadoodle (75 lbs) and a Bernedoodle (60 lbs) — also live here. They are well-behaved and usually inside, but you may see them in passing.

The loft above the garage is exclusively yours. The entrance is located on the left side of the building as you come up the driveway. Please park on that side and avoid blocking the garage doors.
