This is a great location with lots to do close by in the neighborhood. The host was extremely thoughtful and available for anything needed during our stay.

We felt right at home as soon as we walked in. Everything is labeled so you’re not opening every cabinet or drawer. Owner was super quick to reply to all inquiries.

The property is perfect. Being pet friendly and receiving coupons for breakfast at Carpe Diem (which was absolutely delicious) were just some of the perks. There were breakfast items available inside the house as well .Fratelli’s Towne Tavern is only a few blocks away and was also a great choice for dinner. The town has the ole school charm with a lot of small shops etc. The house was as described and worked out perfect. We would definitely stay again if in the area. Thank you.

Wonderful, comfortable stay here! Loved the fenced in backyard for my dogs and it was only 5 minutes from my work which was amazing.

The host's hospitality was amazing -- all the little fine touches (house was fully equipped down to laundry detergent) were wonderful! We received a complimentary breakfast to the delicious restaurant Cape Diem across the street as part of our stay. We will definitely book again!

Adorable and charming historic home! We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the extra touches. Comfy beds (even the sleeper sofa) and plenty of towels for the family. The fenced yard was perfect for our pups. Off street parking was a plus in this area! We will stay here again on our next visit to the area.

What an adorable and well appointed house and amenable host! Every detail was spot on from comfy beds to plenty of towels to all the amenities often not included such as bed sheets, soap, shampoo, etc. Games and puzzles and movies occupied our grandson beautifully.The kitchen was well supplied with coffeemaker, tea kettle and complimentary coffee pods and tea. Another welcome bonus was the waffle maker and fixings. The host was so accommodating in allowing us to stay later in the house. A win win win stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was adorable, very clean, and clearly well cared for. One thing we really appreciated was how thoughtfully it was stocked—there were toiletries available along with just about anything you might need if you happened to forget something at home. The extra touches made us feel very welcome.The directions and information provided before and during our stay were clear, easy to follow, and extremely helpful. The location was also fantastic. The town was charming, with plenty of nearby shops, restaurants, and conveniences, making it easy to find anything we needed.Overall, this was an excellent place to stay, and we would definitely recommend it to others. We would happily return in the future!

We travel ALOT and this was the best rental we have come across! The owner was fantastic and very accommodating. She left us free breakfast coupons for a restaurant across the street. Breakfast was sooooooo good that we did a take out for dinner ! The restaurant owner even walked dessert over to us !! Highly recommend this place we will be back ! 11 out of 10 stars !!

We couldn’t have been more happier! Just what we needed while in the area visiting family! Easy to park. A fenced in small yard with a table set to sit on while the kids did chalk art & ran around. Inside was cozy & clean! The kids loved making waffles that were provided & we enjoyed our coffee as well! Bedroom, bathrooms & sitting area were cozy with the Host little touches of her shined throughout! Walking distance to the town area with all the amenities. Would definitely stay her again!

This place was awesome for a weekend stay! My boyfriend and I stayed with our 2 dogs who adored the fenced backyard. The home was clean and well-stocked with various supplies like coffee, tea, laundry detergents, and toiletries. The stay included vouchers for breakfast at a restaurant across the street which was so delicious that we’re planning on going back when we’re back in Harrisburg. Parking was easy and the host was super responsive/helpful with checking in early on the day of our arrival. Great rental!

Absolutely loved this trip. The host was amazing and helped in so many ways. The house was super comfy and spacious. The host has truly thought of everything. The host was so thoughtfull and provided very helpful supplies. It was also located in a great spot. Everything was about 15 to 25 mins away. Definitely will be coming back, my 9 yr old son said we arnt allowed to stay anywhere else but here. _

Under the Radar Gem

This place was just great. It is easy to access, has ample parking (on and off street), and is in a great location. Convenient to downtown New Cumberland while also offering many River and creek access points, it is also an easy drive to grocery stores, restaurants, and the highway. Our dog loved the fenced in yard, and the humans in our party enjoyed the waffle fixings and snack pack that our host left for us. We also want to specifically mention the shower, which has incredible water pressure (something far too many rentals overlook). We will 100% be booking heee again!

Another Awesome Weekend

This our second stay at Olivia’s wonderful home away from home. The yard is great for early morning dog walking, and the location is perfect to downtown New Cumberland. We enjoyed going to my son’s graduation at Messiah and a very adventurous kayaking trip down the Yellow Breeches creek. Myrna (our foxhound) loves the upstairs, the yard, and the two dog parks within easy driving distance. Olivia leaves you waffle fixings, teas, and a welcoming atmosphere that we will use again and again when we’re in the area. Thanks again, Olivia, we will see you again next time!!,

The host was very nice and left us a little snack and some vouchers for local food places. Overall everything was nice and very clean. Everything was easy to locate as she labeled all the cabinets. The only minor issue is my very old dog (16y) wasn't able to navigate the stairs and I had to carry her up and down the steeper staircase. This is more the nature of the age of the buildings than the fault of the host but I feel that this might be helpful information to know in case you have a older dog(or one that can't climb stairs).
