Very nice, well-kept holiday flat in a typical Frisian terraced house The holiday flat is located in the centre of the village of Dangast, approx. 800 m from the sea and beach.
The living area leads to the covered terrace with a small lawn. This area is fenced in, so your dog is also very welcome here. The terrace is equipped with a fly screen and shutters and there is a car parking space directly in front of the entrance to the terrace. Shopping can easily be brought into the house, but the main entrance is at the back of the flat. You have to walk along a path along the house and then come directly to the entrance of the flat. Opposite the main entrance there is a small storage room that you can use for bicycles or other things.
In the typical Frisian terraced house you can expect approx. 70 sqm on 2 floors. A hallway with guest WC leads you into the living-dining area. The new fitted kitchen with direct access to the cosily furnished living-dining area is open and modern in design. It is well equipped: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, Senseo and accessories in good condition. The living-dining area is equipped with a Smart /TV, Blue Ray PLayer and CD/Radio PLayer. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and window. One bedroom has a double bed of 1.80 x 2.00 m and the other bedroom has two single beds of 1.00 x 2.00 m. Both bedrooms have fly screens. Both bedrooms are equipped with fly screens and shutters. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer on the same floor. The use of the appliances is included. For our little guests there is of course a baby cot, pillow and duvet as well as a high chair. Bed linen, a towel set (one shower towel and two towels) are included for each guest.
Once you have parked your car, you no longer need it. You will find everything you need for a successful holiday practically right in the village: the beautiful beach, great restaurants, supermarket, baths, ice cream parlour, seawater swimming pool, etc. .... *Unless otherwise indicated, this property is not barrier-free.
