The apartment lies in a quiet location in the eastern part of Bad Harzburg and is suitable for a maximum of eight people.

The house was newly built in 2008 and completely renovated once again and charmingly furnished in September 2014. The holiday apartment provides 112m² of living space. It has a big living room with a stylish décor, an LED TV, a smart satellite TV with an Internet connection, a Sky HD receiver (films, sport, Bundesliga football), a CD-radio player, a DVD player and sofas. You can enjoy a wonderful view of the forest. There are also two bedrooms each with double beds (180 x 200cm), with two adjacent mattresses, and two bedside tables. The third bedroom has two single beds, with another bed underneath them that can be pulled out if required. There is a fully-equipped kitchen including a stove, oven, fridge, freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher and dining table. The modern bathroom comprises a bath, shower cubicle, washing machine, makeup mirror, hairdryer, dresser and towels. There are also a guest WC and a storage room. The apartment has been classified as four-star by the DTV. There is gas-fired under-floor heating.

The garden, the terrace and the grill are directly in front of the house and are shared by guests at both apartments.

The rental price includes bed linen, bath and hand towels, two cosy bathrobes, Sky satellite TV and wireless Internet access. A parking space is also available. A child’s bed and highchair for children up to four years old can be provided free of charge You can borrow bicycles (e-bike) for a fee. All guests at the apartment receive a free entry ticket to the Fairytale Forest in Bad Harzburg.

It is a few hundred metres to restaurants and shops. There are thermal baths with a sauna and solarium about 2km from the apartment.
