Like nearly all homes in Estes Park, this mountain home has no air conditioning. Portable fans are provided and evening mountain air cools the home quickly.
Parking is limited: the garage is tight for large SUVs or trucks, and visitor parking can fill on busy weekends. You may need to briefly walk from overflow parking.
This is a three-story townhome. Guests who prefer to avoid stairs should be aware that bedrooms and living areas are spread across all levels.

Two decks make it easy to enjoy sunrise coffee, sunset colors, and wildlife sightings. Elk frequently wander near the neighborhood, and the hillside location gives the home a peaceful, tucked-away feel while still close to restaurants, groceries, and shops.

Smoking is not allowed on the property due to high fire danger. Sorry! Also, outdoor wood fire pits and charcoal grills are illegal in Estes. Gas is OK.

Do NOT leave food in your car! Bears frequent this area and can break in!

We use a Minut noise meter. It doesn`t record audio, but instead monitors decibel levels, temperature and humidity. This is for the safety of guests & to protect the home. It also serves to warn us about parties & prevent noise complaints from neighbors.
